It was close to work. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel in the area. My key had to be re-keyed every time I came and went. It was more expensive than all but 1 hotel in the area and was the least in cleanliness.

Upon entering the room it had an awkward scent.Cutting the lights on I saw cigarette burns in the comforters on both beds(I Booked a King size room,got there the lady gave me a double bed room) and an ashtray on the table(I Booked a Non-smoking room).I thought since I already paid and needed this opportunity to relax,I'd go ahead and stay.After laying down in the bed and watching TV,I noticed a big bug on the curtains(killed it) and walking away from that I noticed it's twin on the door(killed it).After laying back down I noticed a triplet bug on the wall beside the bed.I then said "I'm not spending the night HERE"! So,I paid $75 for 1 hour of irritations & checked out.

The property was dated and questionable to say the least! The property needs renovation and updated. Cost is way too expensive for the level of distaste and discomfort.

Lobby was locked, had to call to check in (9 PM) and then had to call in the morning to check out (9:30 AM), when in the lobby it said you must check out in AM. I was told to just leave my key apon checking out. No ice machine, when one was advertised.

Room was filthy, someone's hair was in the mini fridge (not a small amount), floors were sticky, door had a large gap at the bottom that needs to be fixed. It stormed and I had to put a towel down to keep water from blowing in. Other guests questionable.

Scary ppl walking around selling drugs and prostitution I wasn't even there 35 minutes and I was charged 3 times on my card I paid them cash and y'all charged my card I need my money put back on my card immediately
