We had a great time we was traveling 4 a sad event and they let the kids enjoy themselves walking around and showing them everything. My mother and I got rooms right across hall and beside elevators, we have bad backs. It was the nicest 1 we have stayed at .and dove shampoos and conditioning and lotion which is my fave staff was nice and breakfast was good ty planning on staying again my next trip

The rooms were clean and the lobby was nice as well It smelled like a slight mildew odor but maybe it’s the carpet getting wet from people coming from the pool. B

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The landscaping and outside looked a little rough.

Room had bed bugs. Curtains on windows were hanging on. They provided us tape to tape the shades back on the window. Room was not maintained. Very upset especially when my two night stay was $400.

I was happy with my room. During breakfast on the first morning they ran out of forks.

The staff was extremely helpful and the lobby area was very clean. The room however needed more thorough cleaning. The carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom countertop was not properly changed, and the remote to let up the shade did not work.

Shower curtain reeked of mildew and made it extremely unpleasant to shower. It was also dirty. The cleaning staff however went above and beyond to keep our room tidy and towels replenished daily. The gentleman (Jimmy I believe) who took care of our room was above and beyond helpful and friendly. He and the front desk clerk (I forgot his name) helped my handicapped sister when she fell getting into her truck. They should be commended for their quick response and willingness to jump right in and help her up! Thank you so much to them both from the bottom of our hearts!

Looks like they did the minimum. Made bed,folded towels and a quick wipe. Floors were dirty and hairy. The carpets were not vacuumed.. I was in town for a funeral so I didn’t spend much time in the room. But I had to buy socks for walking on the floor. No main road signage.. I passed it up twice
