The ac unit wasn't working properly. But they did move us into another room with a better

It was conveniently located and the room was large. Air conditioner did not work, cockroach in the bathroom and the tub could have been cleaner.

I liked how spacious the rooms are and how clean it is. They do a great job at giving towels.

Bathtub was a deathtrap but I'm willing to blame myself for being clumsy

Place is very trashy a they literally follow you around the property. And watch to see who goes in the rooms, a they are very rude and wont give you fresh towels an rags unless you bring the dirty ones to the office. I’ll never go back there again

beds were okay there was a piece of the bathroom door missing It looks like a dog chewed it up(I have dogs I get it) there was blood on the wall in the bathroom not from us When we got there we saw that there were only two towels and we rented a room for four people to stay in when we went to ask the front desk if we could get two additional towels they told us no unless we brought the dirty towels down to them and then they could give us towels in the morning. after some back and forth we brought the dirty towels down to them and received two clean towels I don't understand why there wasn't at least four towels in the room to begin with and had the same issue the next day. There was half a roll of toilet paper in the restroom when we arrived (which really does not bother me) when I asked the front desk if we could get another roll when we asked for towels on the second night they gave me an attitude like it was inconvenient for them and said they had been calling me all day so house cleaning could come in. While we were out house cleaning came in and took all the towels and washcloths that weren't even used. I understand if they are worried people will be stealing their towels or maybe they were just Low on towels this weekend but it just put a sour taste in my mouth and the people at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable.

Why put a handicap person on the second floor making them use stairs?
