Redwood inn & Suites Crosby

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect for our stay. Close to highway and easy to get to local stores. The only breakfast was all carb options except a few pieces of fruit. If you are wanting for of a full continental breakfast then you might want to look other places. We just went to a local place for breakfast 1 morning and ate there the other morning.

I have no idea what it's like to stay at this hotel, because when I arrived to check in, it was closed. The new hotel had been closed since the beginning of December, and nobody canceled my reservation, nobody sent me an email. Imagine driving for more than 18 hours and arriving to check in, super tired and with two crying children, and having no hotel to stay in! Imagine the chaos on the first day of vacation!

They had a nice breakfast layout with a nice selection.

Plumbing issue when checking in, 3 stars for Expedia being available when they weren’t taking reservations.

I was very pleased with this property. The rooms were very accommodating and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I I’ll be staying only at this facility from now on when I have to stay overnight in Crosby. I tried 2 others prior to Sleep Inn and hands down this one went over and above the others

Got there and the automatic sliding door to enter the building was locked had to call to get the girl at the front desk to come open it. Had to go back downstairs twice because the keys wouldn’t work so the girl at the desk had to come let me in my room with her key. The seat in the shower for handicap or wheelchair bound person would not stay up because of the design of the tub so was limited to space while taking a shower.

It’s was a decent facility The fact that I my room was dirty and I had dead roaches in spaces and live roaches crawling around me . The hallway and rooms in the third floor had a mold and chemical smell

Property is always clean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was very clean as well Our television wasn’t working during our stay

If you are checking in after 11:00 p.m. think about staying here twice. The doors were locked, there was a sign posted at the door stating that doors are closed form 11:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. and a phone number to call, we called the number and nobody answered we waited around 35 minutes until finally an employee saw us and gave us access to check in, he was upset and rude. We just stayed because there wasn’t another hotel nearby to stay at and it was already late.

Our room looked clean but bare minimum amenities. Free breakfast consisted of make your own waffles and packaged cold breakfast sandwiches in the fridge. Old bread and bagels and a toaster that barely toasted. Cold cereal and old fruit. Front desk were at least friendly and helpful but would not stay here again.
