This hotel was a little disappointing and I would not recommend staying here unless you get an absolutely good deal and are staying for only 1 night. It’s right across from the Apple headquarter, however the hotel felt very outdated. From the single elevator, to the dark hallways and old dirty hallway carpet, musty smell from the room’s air conditioning unit, outdated room decor and doors, and lack of toiletries such as body lotion…it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

The stay was great staff very helpful rooms were clean and comfortable i recommend this to anyone whether family vacation or just business
-
The only mishap was that the elevator stopped and me &my grandson were stuck - it was less then a minute but still scared the heck out of us.
-
Verry clean on the outside and in a good area. Right off the HWY. Room was very clean and quiet. You are charged 10.oo for parking but it’s well worth the quality of the Hotel. Will stay again.

Breakfast was good The suite was so loud between the pool and the paper thin door and walls shared with the room next door. The staff seemed apathetic

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was nice and rooms were clean and cute. It’s right off the freeway and was nice and quiet.

Most of the services were great. Just some noise one night due to unpreventable highway night construction/repairs. A warning would have been good. Never saw the sign they said was at the front desk.

Property was very lovely, location was good, 3 mins walk to nearby Cupertino Village where there was a supermarket and many restaurants (good food, esp the roast duck). Easy to book uber or Lyft rides to the property to fetch us. The room looked very nice, very well maintained and spacious for 3 persons, very clean and staff we saw were all very polite. Met the property GM who was a very nice gentlemen to chat with. His staff were all very friendly and helpful too, esp Elizabeth (hope I got her name right, she was the GM’s direct staff). A very lovely lady who went beyond her work scope to help us get the pool view room that we hoped for. Breakfast was good too. Would love to stay at this property again when I next visit SF. Daily breakfast choices by Starbucks cafe was very nice but very limited. Wish they had option for guests to top up to their preferred food choice and drink. Service at the cafe was slow too, not the staff fault as there was only 1 staff manning the counter.

This is a great location - close to a small plaza, and easy to get to and from other cities (San Jose, Los Gatos, etc). We had many delicious food options as well as the 99 ranch for groceries within walking distance. This is a good spot if you have family at Kaiser. The hotel itself was clean, had everything we needed and staff was friendly/helpful. There are many amenities we didn’t use but appreciated such as outdoor seating and a pool. The restaurant/bistro is more of a Starbucks cafe with back-room kitchen. We were okay with the idea of a restaurant in lieu of included breakfast, but unfortunately the “restaurant” was more of a lobby area kind of situation. While the food was good and staff were hospitable, it didn’t make up for the high cost of the room. We ended up eating out more than we planned due to this. While the room and staff are all good, the price is higher than reasonable for the quality. This feels more like a courtyard/basic inn, with boutique pricing.
