Cupertino Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable enough. The location was excellent, less than a mile from the event we were attending. (Why we chose the place.) Having a large grocery nearby was nice, too. The breakfast choices were somewhat less than other places we've stayed. I also wished you'd had USB charging for our devices on the nightstands like other places we've stayed.

My ratings were based on the condition and cleanliness of my room and that only. Staff were very helpful and answered my questions well. Parking was very easy and accessible. My room however wasn’t the greatest. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere in my room. Both the body lotion and soap dispenser kept falling off the wall. I discovered ants and mosquitoes in the bathroom as well. The door felt like it wasn’t fully locked even though I had used the deadbolt and lock. I could hear vacuuming wayyyy too early in the morning which woke me up when I already wasn’t sleeping well due to the loud noises I would randomly hear from other guests. Amenities were okay? Not the greatest. Would I stay there again? Only if I couldn’t find another place to stay when visiting the area again.

They hotel was a little outdated. The phones in the hotel did not work.. also they need to up date the picture on booking the hotel does not looks nothing like the picture.

Clean. Nice facility--well kept. The room was very nice, but there was only one chair--a desk chair. No where for two people to sit except on the bed. The room was certainly large enough for a comfy chair.

Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned when we checked in. Staff was great getting us checked into a different room. Carpet on the third floor outside the elevator looked like people had been working on engines, it was really stained and needs to be replaced. In general the property feels old and in need of thorough cleaning and remodeling.

What I liked was that they served breakfast in the Monroe. Access to the pool was amazing. The room itself was amazing. It had a mini living room, mini fridge, in the other room you had your two queen beds and a big mirror. Loved that they give you a password for wifi as well. The only thing I did not like was the elevator was out of service ao I had to use the stairs to get to my floor.

Close by freeway. Dated and ant problem.

The first room they gave me just wasn’t cleaned. The second room was “cleaned”, but it was still not properly clean. There was hair in the bath tub, bread crumbs around the coffee machine, and the floors were not clean either. There was a spider in the room as well. I will not be staying here again.

Parking was great. Beds were comfortable.

The room was nice but it had some ants The most upsetting part of my stay was the rude and dismissive attitude of the front desk clerk. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience. That is not how paying guests should be treated. Because of this experience, I will never stay at your hotel again. My Google review will reflect both the poor customer service I received and the condition of my room so that others know what they may encounter before booking.
