We loved our stay and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The pool is shared with an adjacent condo and located 5 min pleasant walk.

The hotel amenities and the staff are fine though lacking somewhat in good will and effectiveness. We had several “misunderstandings” with the staff resulting in late (or no) cleaning. The bathroom lacks numerous standard replacement things like toothbrush, toothpaste etc. We enjoyed the free and covered parking.

Place was clean and staff was super friendly. Parking was included and no hassle to get in and out of parking. You had to go to front desk for Consumables so if it was busy you were waiting awhile. No breakfast was a bummer.

This was a convenient place to stay while visiting my relatives in Los Altos while close to SJO. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel was nice. Could use more reasonable prices on food and coffee.
