Tonya was very helpful at checking. She accommodated us by having an hour early breakfast so we could make our train. This is really y 2 properties that are being shown as one on Booking.com. We were put in a cramped room on the third floor of the annex...Perhaps the main hotel is a three star but this only rates a 2!

Good breakfast and location - very pleasant staff. Bedrooms cramped with poor electrics (TV only worked when bathroom light on!). Beds a little tired and towels smelled old. No information reference wifi in the room.

Perfect location to explore the beaches and Cuxhaven, hotel was very clean and the staff were very good. The breakfast was also very good, I would say staying at the hotel is exceptionally good value!

- Nice room and bed - Friendly and smiling waitresses at breakfast - No personel at the reception at check in even though we arrived in the opening hours (according to booking.com). No one answered when we called the reception phone or the "emergency" reception number. We managed to get in contact with someone after an hour and got our key.
