1. The breakfast was great in general, and the catering team was excellent and responsive. The breakfast choices for weekends are a bit more than on normal days. 2. The location is satisfactory: 5 mins from ALDI on foot, 2 mins to the bakery, and 15 mins to the beach on foot. 3. The swimming pool was also quiet and clean. For your information, we booked a private suite for 7 days at a total cost of €2,400. At €350 per night, we expected proper facilities and professional service. Instead, the entire experience was a total disaster. 1. We explicitly requested a child's bed well in advance. Upon arrival, it was nowhere to be found. When we confronted the reception staff, they offered a half-hearted apology for their oversight and installed one only after we demanded it. Well, it was holiday season, so we told ourselves it was an understandable mistake. 2. However, what really disappointed us was that for the first three consecutive days, the so-called "room service" failed to vacuum the floors or replace used towels or cups (see attached photos 1-5). I fail to comprehend how a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel cannot manage the most elementary standards of hygiene and housekeeping. 3. Even more shocking, for five full days, our bed sheets and duvet covers were not changed once—despite our explicit, repeated requests. Even more revolting, we discovered a pair of socks left behind by previous guests hanging on the radiator (see attached photo 6). This is not mere negligence; it is outright filth. After all these awful experiences, I can only conclude that the hotel service is unprofessional, incompetent, and utterly indifferent to guest welfare. The service is not merely poor—it is catastrophic. Having traveled to over 60 countries in the past 20 years, I can state without hesitation that this was the worst hotel experience of my life. This establishment is a disgrace to its purported 4-star rating and an outright rip-off at €350 per night. It does not deserve a single star, let alone four.
