Comfort Inn & Suites Cuyahoga Falls - Akron

The room, hotel, and breakfast area were very clean and well kept. We liked the layout of the room with a separate door to the bedroom that eliminated a lot of the hallway noise. The lighting in the room isn’t the best it’s very dingy but bathroom worked well enough. Staff was very kind

Staff friendly, helpful and professional. It is in dire need of help for their floors, as it is popping up and is a trip/fall hazard. Beds were ok.

The hotel and the room we stayed in was fine except for the air conditioner. The air conditioner fan was so loud that it was difficult to sleep.

The staff was all nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The location was great, it seemed to be close to everything we needed. The breakfast wasn’t great though. The food was cooked fine, but there wasn’t a lot of options.

Super nice staff; room was clean. Some aspects of the property were tired. The printer in the business center was working but ink was out….disappointing. We figured it out but it was a bit frustrating.

In short, staff were fine and hotel was sorta clean for the most part but the rooms & property are pretty rundown inside & out. Stains on ceiling, etc. I can manage with some of that but someone was smoking potent marijuana and the smell was so bad, it filled every bit of air we were breathing all night. It didn’t go away until we left early in the morning. If I visit the area again, I’ll be picking a more respectable place to stay.

Clean rooms & helpful staff

Some of the staff was great and some were grumpy. The challenging thing for me was all of the maintenance situations. The vinyl flooring was ripped up everywhere. The bathroom was in need of some maintenance too.

One complaint: The carpet in the room was old and somewhat nasty looking. I hope when the hotel replaces it they'll go with vinyl plank flooring instead.

It was a lovely hotel with very comfortable beds and pillows - the shower was nice too with great water pressure!

Everything was as expected. The the building itself and the decor showed signs of wear and tear, but nothing off putting about it. The staff was very pleasant, the breakfast was good. We did not use any of the other amenities. We would stay there again!

Have stayed here several times and would recommend this hotel. The rooms are large and the bedding and pillows are very comfortable.

Clean rooms, comfy beds & linens. Red to upgrade shampoo/conditioners as they leave your hair limpy

Easy check in and out. Only thing I would change is make deposits available sooner.

My family enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.
