Fantastic location and where you want to stay if you want the energy of the city and all of the great plazas within walking distance Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. A very nice breakfast with an egg station and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot water and tea available 24 hours a day was nice feature and the courtyard was beautiful in the hotel.

Amerindia is in a great location close to the San Pedro market. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable with lots of blankets and each room was allowed a heater. We had some issues with hot water but they were quickly resolved.

Lovely space to stay and explore Cusco. It's right beside the San Pedro market and everything you need is in walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional and having a restaurant and cafe on site was great. They provide early breakfast to go for early pick ups and activities. The bed was comfortable and everyone was so kind. Reception found a heater for me, as the room was chilly when I stayed. The rooms are not soundproof and when people return or wake at 3 or 4am (from partying or to go to early excursions) they sit in the common room and talk loudly, unaware that people are trying to sleep nearby. It would be helpful to have a 'quiet zone' sign for those late night / early morning communal spaces. Bring earplugs.

Great location and clean comfy rooms Ive never been so shocked by the customer service of a hotel… ive travelled the world and ive never seen such rude customer service around having guests. Definitely not going there again Also sound insulation was very bad…

Clean and comfortable room. We were given a To-go bad for breakfast because our flight was at 6am.

The property is built on old Incan walls with a beautiful garden courtyard. The restaurant is superb, breakfast very fresh and delicious. The property is central to access all the downtown areas in Cusco.
-
most amazing view in Cusco! Staff is a family and tried their best to make our stay more comfortable, including providing excellent to go breakfast box for an early excursion The hotel has no elevators, the room was cold, and the bathroom even more so. We were traveling with young kids and this made our stay not so comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My 9 year old daughter felt ill, they checked her oxygen level, administered oxygen to her and offered to check her level again and call a doctor if needed after an hour. She recovered and their care and attention was much appreciated. Nothing. This was a great experience.

Good location We were there 2 nights. The first night was Saturday. Next door was a bar. They had very loud music until 10 pm. I had bad headaches due to high attitude sickness. All the loud noise made it worse. The second night was fine.

I always stay here when I can, the location is great. San Pedro market is across the street and it is also a quick walk to the Plaza De Armas. I travel with my 4 year old son and having room service and the restaurant available after a long day of travel is wonderful, the one time they were full and I went somewhere else it was so hard to find food with a tree and hungry child I do not want to do that again. My son also was ill the last time we visited cusco and stayed here, the staff asked if I wanted a doctor and they called and had one come quickly. I travel back and forth a lot and always try to stay here if there is availability. I have not found anything I do not like.

Breakfast was excellent: fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurt, coffee, tea, bread, ham, cheese, guacamole, eggs. They packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early. Son nice. More pillows.

Location was great. Easy to the walk to the Plazas, markets and pick up points for tours. Hotel included breakfast and would provide a breakfast if you needed one for an early departure. Ability to leave luggage if you went a tour and could pick up later. Street noise was loud. Use ear plugs to block out noise or ask for a room from away from the streert.

It is very close to the city center and to all the main attractions and also to the market- all within a walking distance. The breakfast is superb by the way. Nothing
