Located very close to the main square, great restaurants in walking distance Excellent breakfast in a very nice ambiance The interior courtyard is a lovely place to relax during the day The rooms were clean, well furnished and nice to haves like water, towel hooks etc were all there Not much to dislike Some construction noise filtered into my room but it was not excessive

Great location, all the staff were amazing, specially all the ladies in the reception. For my husband’s birthday they brought a dessert to our room. It was very nice detail. Breakfast was good and the next day they packed a bag for our tour. Also they have Kiki the alpaca. Well one little thing during my stayed, on Tuesday I guess there is a band playing music, honestly it was too loud, and the next day we have to get up early for a Machu Picchu Tour.

Staff was great The smell of cleaning products was very strong as well as very loud inside the room as you can here the people quite easily

The location of the hotel is perfect as everything in the old city center is walkable. The room was stocked with everything we needed. I especially liked the refillable water bottle in the rooms, since we were drinking a lot of water to help with altitude, but can't drink the tap water in Peru. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat around Cusco. The front desk was also very helpful, and stored our suitcases while we left on a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. Everything was updated, yet still had traditional charm. We loved seeing Kiki the alpaca roaming the courtyard each morning. :) The walls were a little thin, so we could hear our neighbors. Also, we were in Cusco in June, so there were a lot of festivals and parades going on, so we could hear some of the noise from the hotel room (not much you can do about this).

Great location, breakfast was varied and delicious, Kiki was a highlight! We appreciated the airport shuttle and the little treat provided for our honeymoon! All good

Staff are pleasant and helpful. Shower with warm water when the weather is at 6C outside. Not much improvement after complaint. Suggest the hotel to change the whole water system.

Our recent stay a this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Excellent Amenities and the breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend.

This place is definitely not for retired couple

The baby alpaca was cute, breakfast was free The bathrooms smelled terrible, the room smelled so strongly of whatever deodorizer they were using (smelled like axe body spray). Beds were hard and the hotel was SO LOUD. The first night I was woken up every single hour by someone coming back to their room, getting up to leave or the hotel staff. Got an earplugs and a plug in fan the second night (as the thermostat also wasn’t working) which helped drown out the noise. The alpaca was cute but they keep it trapped in a tiny enclosed area with a glass window for literally half the day and the other half it’s mostly confined to its small pen.

Great location with easy walking distance to restaurants and plazas. Nice atmosphere with open air common area. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast opens at 6 am which is nice if doing excursions. Kiki the resident baby alpaca is very cute. Small detail…pillows were a bit firm. This is not a negative comment…be prepared to do stairs, no elevator.

There seems to be a process/communication issue at breakfast. Each day we stayed there the breakfast buffet was empty and we had to wait a long time for it to be refilled. In addition the omelette station chef did not have enough plates so they would take the plates from the buffet section which meant no plates for those wanting to eat the buffet too. The breakfast tasted great once we got the food, but something isn’t working!

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is great, a little bit away from the Plaza Mayor, the main tourist center of Cusco, but still close enough. That meant the closest restaurants were not the tourist magnets but were mostly for the locals. Although the room was a bit "rustic," the bathroom was modern, with a large shower that had plenty of hot water. And the property's pet alpaca is a nice touch. My main complaint was with housekeeping. They did not empty the trash in my room even once during my four-night stay, This was not much of a problem in the main room, but this was definitely a problem in the bathroom where you do not put your paper in the toilet. Not emptying that bin for several days was a huge negative for me. The room definitely was a bit "rustic," in that it lacked, among other things, central heating. This is Cusco and it does not get very cold, but when it's damp, it can feel cold. The hotel solved this problem by quickly providing a space heater. (And the beds have sufficient blankets on them.)

The layout was super cool with an internal courtyard and cafe. It’s also less than a 5 minute walk to the San Pedro Market. The bathrooms are updated and modern, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. From 2am till the morning, there was significant conversational noise. I’m unsure whether it was other guests, staff, or a venue next door, but for an establishment meant for rest, it was disruptive. I would appreciate clearer enforcement of quiet hours.

We stayed there for 10 days we liked it that much Big sweet things is Kiki a lama that belongs to the property and walk around all time Definitely recommend Location and everything

The location is very convenient, very close to the center. The courtyard is really a cosy, warm place to relax after a long day. Kiki was the cutest baby we’ve seen during our trip. The reception staff was excellent in welcoming us, checking in was very smooth and easy. They helped us a lot with organizing a taxi for a very early hour in the mornin. Also the receptionist was very kind to recommend us very good restaurants in Cuzco. Room size was good but the comfort level was low. I think it’s a bit overpriced for that room. Daylight comes in low because of the small windows, noise coming from outside and beds were not that comfortable. Bathroom size and the shower were fine. Two points I’d like to explain why I give a low rating, in addition to the poor comfort: 1- We had to leave at 05:30 AM in the morning, taxi was already organized by the reception (thank you again). But we had 3 big luggages to take from 2nd floor down to the main entrance and when we asked, “they said we have 24/7 reception, call us in the morning and we’ll send someone”. We called them around 5 AM and there was only the reception lady who cannot carry those heavy luggages. We haven’t let her do that and tried to handle ourselves. It was a big hassle, my friend injured her ankle and dropped her mobile while carrying the luggage. 2- We asked for replacing our breakfast with sandwiches and the receptionist organized it well, thank you, but the bread was at least 2 days old and the sandwich was terrible.

Cute boutique hotel. Close to restaurants Can be loud in surrounding sometimes

nice staff, good location, seemed safe, kids loved the alpaca, airport pickup worked perfectly. breakfast is a bit small for the price of the hotel; the room (4 ppl superior) is certainly not the one shown in the photos, but it is ok, just a bit dark (the photo has a couch etc., that does not exist).
