The staff was super friendly, kind and proactive! The bed covers are too thin and no extra blankets available

The staff was incredible. Very kind! Thanks mainly to John and Salida. The breakfast was simple. I said this because we were expecting a very rich breakfast. The shower took so long to get warm. To go out at 04:00 to the attractions it was a problem.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags while we were trekking at no cost. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. A space heater was provided for the room for the cool evenings. The property is quite far from Cusco historic centre. Approximately a 21 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. It was also quite noisy. We first stayed in a room facing the street, but requested to move after one night as it was too loud. The hotel was kind enough to move us to a different room, but even from our new room the interior of the hotel was extremely noisy. We were on the second floor by the stairs and could very clearly hear people speaking in the corridors and coming up and down the stairs at all hours of the day. The hot water often didn’t work in the evening, although it always worked in the morning.

Very comfortable, clean rooms with wifi. Good location, walking distance from the main square. Very friendly staff The breakfast included was only a tea and they also lock the doors overnight with no one at reception so when we got up to leave at 3am to go to Machu Picchu there was no way out with no staff to help and we almost missed the bus but after some shouting out someone came down to help

Good location, not far from center, friendly personal, tidy rooms, 24 h check-in/out Poor breakfast, no hot water at night

Rich breakfast even if you were going to eat last. Very good wifi. The most important: Very polite and helpful staff! We were cold the 1st night and they gave us a heater and an extra quilt. We will go again in 3 days During our 3 night staying, there was a night without hot water. But I think that it's something that doesn't usually happen

The bed was comfortable and had a duvet and 2 blankets, ideal for those cold nights. There was a small electric fan heater, but I didn't use it as it didn't look powerful enough to warm the room. The front door is always locked, so everytime you want to come in, you have to ring the bell and wait. Staff speak no English. The room was cold.
