Everything Nothing

It was the first hotel to stay in Cuzco after I came to the city with high altitude, so coca tea that front desk staff provided helped me a lot! When I had to leave very early in the morning for Machu Picchu tour, they prepared the breakfast box for me. This hotel was only 3min walk to Wanchaq Station which was really convenient as I had train reservations for 2 days in a row that depart from Wanchaq Station. Unit bath room was OK.

Clean well laid out hotel room. Comfy bed and pillows,a table with two chairs and a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was included…not just coffee or tea and pastries. It included cold and hot meat, cheese, eggs, juice and if you had an early excursion, you could ask and they would send a bag breakfast with you. The heater was a little strange…it would come on but could not adjust the heat. Once it was warm enough in the room…she said unplug it, if it did not cycle off.

Maybe photos look better than the place, but it is okay for the price.

Bathroom has a slow water pressure, specifically when you take a shower.

Everything! The staff was amazing and kind, helpful. The security entrance was so appreciated. The cleanliness was stellar ! Breakfast was great! Nice little walk to the plaza , great restaurant nearby Wifi was a little tough to come by sometimes. But the staff put every effort in to make things better always!

The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. There was an elevator. The exterior was forboding. It was a 15 - 20 min walk to center.

The attention was wonderful

Breakfast was excellent. Daytime staff excellent. Some rooms noisy. Exterior questionable. Inside very nice.

The hotel is located a bit far from the centre, so we used Uber every day. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very comfortable. The shower was small, and to be honest, I didn’t use it at all. Instead, we went to Ollantaytambo for a day and showered there. The water in the sink was cold, which made washing our faces and brushing our teeth a bit tricky. Overall, the room was very cold. We visited Cusco in September, and the nights were chilly. The windows weren’t well insulated—even when fully closed, there were gaps that let in cold air. I had to sleep wearing several layers of clothing every night. The bed was also uncomfortable.

check out is very early (9am), they charge a lot to have late check out

Our room was facing the main road, so it was a bit noisy, but it did not bother us

Is a nice place and very secure. Nice to walk at night too. People working there are so kind and nicer special Xiomara, Jhonathan, Analy and Joy. So helpful any time and always smiling.

Clean, outstanding breakfast, very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. You could not have a better location at a good price. They were very nice about watching our bags when we went to Machu Picchu Cold showers

Bed was comfortable Very noisy. People talking loudly all night, into early hours of the morning. Traffic and car alarms.
