One of the best hotels we stayed during our 18-day Peru trip. Spacious room with heater. Water dispenser available. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
-
It was at times very difficult to breathe, but based on the location it was expected.

Nature garden Nothing

The young man at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful, so kind, professional and organized. He made my stay in Cusco so much easier! Nothing

The location was great. 15 minutes walk to main square, shopping and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Peru and Inca rails if going to Machu Pichu. 4 minute walk to train stop. Bad was shower door was broken and water always leaked out. We as just installed slanted. Brought to attention but nothing happened. Had 9 towels when we checked in. After maids cleaned we had only 2 towels. Mentioned to front desk especially since I needed to put many on the floor due to shower leak. Lady at front said she would take care of it. Went out all day, came back and only 2 towels. Asked kadybat front desk and she brushed me off to guy working there and he brought right away. Shower takes about 10 minutes for hot water to start coming so be patient. Heat in the room is useless son e prepared for cooler evenings.

We loved our stay! Wish we would have stayed more than a day. The staff were so nice and accommodating and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Thank you!

The water was sometimes hot and then cold. Not consistently hot.

We were staying in another hotel in Cusco for 2 days and decided to move to Saska. Here you really get good value for money, their staff is very nice and helpful; rooms are very clean with the basic amenities you expect; the staff is also very kind to recommend places and restaurants to go to, sometimes even with perks. ☺️

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. It was so nice coming home every night to a clean, comfortable room. Nothing. It was beautiful.
-
Everything. It is very clean, organized, the towels and bed are perfect. Little details that makes you feel special. Beautiful and new. Near coffee shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk from Wanchaq station. Nothing

Very clean, great customer service, connected to coffee shop! Not super quiet.

the hotel is very good, with great sizing rooms, good beds, excellent breakfast e helpful staff. When we checked-in, they did not have the room with two beds as booked. Front desk told us they only had a single bed room for me and my son. After insisting that was not what I have booked, they finally put us in two different single rooms. Even thought they found us a solution, not having a double room as booked seems unacceptable.

Hotel is great. Good size accommodation, modern rooms, excellent beds, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Everything worked pretty well, but the hotel is about 6 blocks to Central Plaza, where most tourism attractions in Cusco are. if you’re ok to walk everyday, that should not be a problema. Water temperature in shower changed a lot, but was no big deal.

Cleanliness, beds were great, quiet at night, decent breakfast Rooms were cold at night/in the morning, (bath)room could use more storage space
-
The rooms were clean Expensive, poor facilities (for example, the water in the shower would fluctuate between scalding hot and freezing cold), and extremely stingy staff. I was sick and when I asked for tissues they would bring 5 at a time! We were going to stay there again after we finished a hiking trip, but we cancelled our follow-up reservation and booked at Hotel Ruinas instead.

The space was very pretty and the staff did their best to accommodate my extremely early arrival. It is a very nice hotel with a great staff. The heat in my room didn't work but the staff immediately brought me a heater which was lovely. The only other thing is that I wish they had more comfortable pillows, the ones in my room went flat immediately and took 3 to feel like 1. The only bc other thing was the smell of sewer sometimes but I don't think the hotel has any control on that.
