We checked-in at 21:00, however room was very cold (15°C or so) and provided standalone heater was not able to heat a room till next morning when we checked. So, we were sleeping in coats.

Hotel was well located, very unique design, and somehow we booked a room that was two singles and the staff changed it for us to a queen. We thought street noise would be an issue but it wasn't bad. No warning on plumbing maintenance. So we didn't have water (showers) for the evening. Inconvenient but not a total loss.

Location. Noise at night. As the guests arrive and leave at night the noise disturbs our sleep.

Close to the airport Tub was clogged, causing bathroom to flood. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows

Everything was exactly as described or better. Very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great too!

Good location Comfortable Breakfast was okay Can be noisy and not much sound proofing Curtains let the street light in - but did help us get up for our 2am and 4am excursions!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I understand that water supplies can be patchy but staff didn't warn us that this was the case. We had no water in the morning before an early departure, which was inconvenient.

The rooms are a good size and very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We chose the option with breakfast included and we loved it! I believe they will need to keep on maintaining the services like the showers but nothing that would affect the enjoyment of the premises

The staff were super helpful and friendly, they all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated The construction noise was annoying. Also i expected a bathtub based on the google maps photos. But they were removed 2 years ago due to water restrictions
