Atiq Boutique Hotel

It was near the main plaza and walking distance from the main activities. There was no parking.

Property was downtown and staff was there to help you on everything It was very dirty ! Toilet was full of paper from previous visitors

The breakfast was somewhat limited and repetitive, but adequate. The location was very convenient, in terms of access to the main Cusco attractions, with little markets, ATMs, restaurants etc all close by. The room was large and comfortable but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Tiny bathroom.

It’s a bit far from the historical center. It’s on a very busy street but the rooms are quiet!

We stayed on three separate occasions as the hotel kindly looked after our cases for us. The staff on the front desk went above and beyond for us. They were so kind and helpful. The manager even went out on the road to try and find my husband when a doctor arrived to see me. The beds were very comfy and good showers. The hotel needs some upgrades in terms of furnishings and the cleanliness of the furnishings in the breakfast room. It does not meet the description of boutique. The breakfast was the same every day and after a few days this became very boring. The floor of our first room was very dusty and not properly clean.

Didn't like much Very noisy. Our room was right above reception so it was difficult to sleep well with people getting up at 4am for excursions.

Friendly staff, great location and close to the airport. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Exceptional

I can see how once upon a time this was a very lovely fancy hotel. Maybe once renovated, it can go back to that spark because the location is exquisite. The bathtub in my deluxe suite was massive, could easily fit two people. WiFi worked okay. Bed was very comfortable and room quiet considering the busy location. Lovely staff. This hotel needs renovations. The corridor carpets are all torn, paint was chipped in my room and there was black mold on the walls and windows in the bathroom - which took away from the joy of soaking in the tub. Breakfast was also very basic and there was not a single bottle of water in the room - a surprise when paying well over a $100 for the night.

Responsiveness of staff and breakfast We arrived and had a few different problems. There were no hand towels, the sink was clogged, the hot water wasn’t working in the shower and the key didn’t work. We were tired and had to wait about an hour for all of this to be resolved. Having said that it did get resolved after we reported the problems, it was just very annoying and inconvenient as it was late and all we wanted was to rest after a 5 day hike. The place seems older and not as clean for a hotel of that price. Paying that price for the quality of the facilities felt expensive. For example, the carpets in the hallway are ripped off, the bathroom sinks are stained and look dirty, walls are pealing off.
