I didn’t like anything. The young man understood.

Convenient location and good breakfast
-
Convenient location if you catch the bus. Reception available even very late. We stayed overnight from a long trip from Aguas Calientes so very happy with the stay. The water pressure was weak, including the flush and there was not hot water coming from the sink tap so we didn't try the shower.

Everything Nothing

The location is in the historical centre and in the direction to the airport The room was not fancy and very dark but for overnight only not a big problem.

The staff is very helpful, and we were allowed to check out a bit later. Served breakfast is really tasty. The temperature of water in the shower keeps changing what makes showering an interesting experience.

Staff was helpful Smell bad, cold shower forever (I couldn't take shower for 3days) , super cold room, no H/A( I got sick), think wall, easy to hear the sound of inside and outside

Very nice staff and a good location. Good price Room was quite cold and humid. It was fine for one night, but wouldn't be very comfortable for a longer stay. Staff was very nice and helpful!

They lied it is not a B&B it is a hostile . No hot water. No heat built into the building. Very noisy in the building. It was so cold we had four blankets on us at night. My room was moved because of all the exterior noise to a top floor room that had stairs right outside of my window and holes around the window in the bathroom and holes in the ceiling where the light was coming in. Yes the place was clean but it was fit for animals

You can’t find it on google maps, but the place is in a good point for trips or hanging around Cusco. Friendly staff. Quite noisy and very cold in the nights. Hot water run just few seconds. Breakfasts available just 8-9 am.

location some noise early in the morning

The staff was very professional, caring and warm. It gave a kind of a family feeling. They always tried to make us feel well. The location, very centric, of easy access and safe. The reception had tours available at a good price, slightly cheaper than external agencies. The room was very cold, specially this time of year (July) that is very cold in Cusco. The bed was old and noisy and the mattress was not confortable. The room was big but looked old (the photos on Booking were probably taken some years ago) and could benefit from some improvements.
