I loved the staff and the location, everything was very easy.
-
Location, close to historic center The manager: toothless manager makes me feel very uncomfortable; very cold when you dont take them up on their tours or extras they want to sell. They ask for extra money to use the kitchen. Main entrance is on a very busy street, very loud with policeman constantly whistling traffic thru, not peaceful at all. Especially if youre a smoker. Showers: barely hot water, have to fight just to keep it warm, not good pressure.

Location Noise and bathrooms not available when needed.

It was noisy

good price for location just a short walk from the center of cusco the owner was gone sometimes, a very confused fellow guest (i think?) basically checked me in

It's an excellent place to stay and the owner and the people that attendance there are really close and very kind. It's a place very recommend to stay in Cusco

When I came tp the hostel I just lost my phone in the collectivo bus. The owner helped me get with phone and to get a cab to get it back. They have a nice little terrace where you can relax. I did my on breakfast and they got enough of kitchen utensils. The rooms are not soundproof at all. Could hear people and the traffic loudly.

Good location, good price, friendly staff, rooms were warm and secure, guests were generally friendly and somewhat knowledgable. Other guests/volunteers were loud, hot water was inconsistent, lack of drinking water available to fill water bottles, room was drafty, having to wait for the timbre instead of entering with a code was not ideal.

The owner and all his staff were great to me and had all the directions and information about tours and getting around. They were great. Nice comfortable beds. Great location. Everything was really cleaned great every day. Gas ran out so had to use another shower but it worked out.

The hosts provide a lot of information about travel tours and are generally open to communicate. You can meet a lot of interesting travelers there. The woman's dorm on the first floor looked like a nice room. The private room is entered through the shared dorm, which felt like being in the shared dorm. During the night we could hear all of the sounds from the dorm (talking, phones, music) and the streets outside were quite noisy.

The bed was confortable. Well located. We were in the room 50 in Secret Garden 2. We couldn’t catch the wifi because we were at the bottom of the building. Our bathroom was outside our room and the water was not really hot. The owner didn’t respond to us when we needed, except when it is for paying

Superb

Good place close to centrum, clean and got what you needed. Had WiFi in all rooms. Good place for a good price

Nice low key accommodation
-
The space and the facilities. Also they can store your luggage if you go to hike for many days. No breakfast

Location was good. Had a shared kitchen we could cook. Rooms were right in front of the street, so a lot of honking and noise during the night. The pillows were uncomfortable. Bathrooms were shared and didn't have a seiling, so it would get cold to take a shower. Hot water though.

The other guests were nice. Owner was not particularly nice nor friendly. The roof in the dorm leaked badly when it rained. The family was always around the living room dining area so that it was not relaxed at all. The puppy was cute enough but constantly pee'd on the floor and carpet of the dining area. I could hear other guests complaining about being overcharged when they were leaving. One guest threw a tantrum when her private room was left open all day and left early demanding her money back. I also left early and went to another budget hostel. Made a huge improvement to my trip.
