Breakfast is awesome, very friendly staff, room clean and spacious Not much. Need a bit walk to the arm square but not too far
-
Very friendly staff, cozy room, and a location on a quiet and pleasant street! A minibar in the room would have been nice, but it was the only thing I missed — nothing major.

The workers are super nice and friendly, William is great such a hard working and kind person, we totally loved him. The fire alarm makes ary strong light, we saw someone else tried to cover its light before but they couldnt do it completely, and the courtains dont block the light from outside completele at night.

The room was a comfortable space for a single or couple traveling. The balcony was small but nice. The door lock was hard to operate. Breakfast was good and the restaurant dining was area is pretty. Everyone was nice and courteous... overall it is a great place to stay when traveling. The staff, there was know one that spoke English. We got along with our mobile app translator. The front desk could not change 50 solo to smaller bills. The restaurant is not open for dinner.

Room was very spacious and quiet next to a church and school. Very quiet. One block from Ave. Sol and 10-15 from Plaza de Armes. I stay here every time I come to Cusco. Breakfast great choices pancakes or eggs. Nothing really

Great location just on the edge of the crazy busy center, the king bed was amazing. Breakfast was great as well

Everything was excellent

A major downside for me was that our room (109) was located right next to the reception. We stayed for 7 nights, and there wasn’t a single night when I could sleep properly because it was extremely noisy. There were constant late check-ins, a loud doorbell, and guests leaving early for tours talking very loudly. I would definitely recommend avoiding room 109. Another issue was with the hot water — it was very inconsistent. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not;

I loved this stay! The bed was super comfortable and our included breakfast was a 10 out of 10. The staff was very friendly! Extra bonus there are books which you can borrow in the lobby through your stay!
-
The friendly and helpful receptionists, especially, Alex, the clean and comfortable room and the quiet location. And the yummy breakfast! I'm not exaggerating, I ate the most delicious scrambled eggs ever. The storage service while I was gone to Machu Picchu. It was very close location to Central Artesanal market. None!

All of the staff were so nice, friendly and helpful, but especially, the front desk, Alex was great!! He had a great hospitality!! Thank you! And the breakfast was great! I had the best scrambled eggs in my life, not exaggerating! Generally, it was good! But, some of my room floor, I felt uneven and I could tell it was renovated or in the process of fixing. It’s not a big deal, I could still deal with it. It was quiet and well maintained old style building.

Staff were very helpful and the room was good. Breakfast was also good. The hot water could be temperamental and the coffee for breakfast was very weak.
-
The staff, the breakfast, the bed. The room didn't have a view. It was on the first floor without any windows. Steps could be heard from the floor above.
-
The location was good; the area was quiet yet near the downtown. The service was good- really nice and welcoming staff. Everything was great until they told us that there was a booking conflict and that we would have to be moved to another rental. However, they were kind to make that arrangement for us.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. Good value for money. None.

Great place, home away from home
-
Absolutely loved my stay! The hospitality was outstanding, the room and shower spotless, and the overall standard exceeded that of a 4-star hotel in Lima. They even prepared breakfast boxes for early departures. Great location on a beautiful, clean street. Truly a pleasure to stay here!
-
I loved my stay here. It is a little outside of the Center but you can still walk everywhere. Which makes it for me a perfect location because I love to walk but the crowds are too much for me. The staff is great especially Benjamin and Alex. Everyone is helpful. I also loved the breakfast ?

Lack of hot water in the showers and one morning had no running water at all. The breakfast options were limited. Clean and comfortable communal spaces.

Beautiful room at 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas. Very good breakfast and the bed is incredibly comfortable.
