Super comfortable room, very silent, amazing bed A bit far from the city center, but this was expected. It’s right next to the train station which is why we stayed here

Breakfast was cold

Only the cleaning and kitchen staff were nice. Actually they should be beging the desk and no the people that are there currently. Almost everything! Desk staff were very rude and unfriendly. When we arrive even they didn't ask to help us with our luggage knowing that we were Arriving with a 3 year old child. Also they gave us a room completely different than we booked and I asked about that and they changed us. However they weren't happy. Also the last day we needed to leave the hotel very early, to be exact at 5.50 am and we asked to go quicky to grab something from the breakfast buffet to go. Even not to stay to eat (everything was already ready because breakfast begins at 6:00 am) the guy at the desk said rudely that we weren't aloud to take anything because breakfast started at 6am. That was unbelievable and the pick of our experience there. Everything. Was ready and he denied us to grab something. Very rude and inconsiderate knowing again that we were with our child and normally the breakfast was part of our reservation. He even did not help to take our luggage and even said anything when we departed. Do not book with this hotel at all. Also pretty far from the center.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was very good as well.

Nice comfortable hotel located close to the Wanchaq train station. Very friendly staff. Huge room with a jetted tub was very reasonably priced. Very good breakfast with a lot of different Peruvian and continental options, including an excellent array of fruit. I picked this hotel because it was a convenient stopover between two train stations. If this is not your goal, you may find the location a little lackluster. It’s on an arterial with not much going on.

Spacious clean rooms, location was perfect, close enough to the city centre by far enough not to have all the noice There was no partition around the shower, so the bathroom was completely wet after showering. There was also no hook to hang a towel on. The bathroom in the other room, on the other hand, was fantastic with a wonderful rain shower and plenty of hooks.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, property met expectation as describedm great value.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful restaurant half a block away. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Shower got cold around 9am

There is no door on the shower so the floor got completely wet after the shower.

Nothing Zero comfortable, no heating in the room, no blankets. It can not be considered a 3 star hotel because the services are poorly and the rooms lack of comfort.

The staff was amazing. Location was perfect for exploring cusco They didnt have central heat- couldn't adjust temp in my room so it was cold. Not unbearable and they brought a space heater. But uncomfortable.
