Excellent attention to detail. Great breakfast. Phenomenal staff. A huge plus was having free access to bottle water at all times and a complimentary airport shuttle (hourly service) A little further of a walk from the main square than anticipated but still very doable ~13-15 minute walk.

The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was amazing...spacious and clean and modern. Love that I could get coffee on my floor anytime. Breakfast was good too. Helpful tourist desk. Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a gym would be good but honestly I didn't have time for the gym since tours started very early in the morning.

Breakfast has a large selection of food for all type of tastes and diets, quality is relatively good. The service provided by ALL the personnel is highly professional, very friendly and warm, makes you feel pampered by their attention.

Very nice hotel on the main street within a 3 minute walk of the bus to Machu Picchu. Excellent breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nothing.

Very attentive and supportive staff, complimentary airport transfer, breakfast starts at 3 am, so you can have it before early tourist bookings (4 am) all good for its cost

The hotel is amazing! Service, restaurant, room, facilities all top notch. The variety of choice of food for breakfast and quality of food simply superb. We had 2 days in a row early start due to excursions, but you can still get breakfast starting 3AM. All staff nice and polite. Best time we back in Cusco, we will stay at Sonesta hotel agin. It is just perfect place!
