Comfy beds, ok breakfast Disappointing stay. The reception staff was unhelpful—we were promised an airport transfer at check-in, only to have it denied later, forcing us to argue to get it sorted. Furthermore, there is no AC. The rooms were stiflingly hot, reaching 31°C during our July trip. Would not recommend during the summer.

Excellent attention to detail. Great breakfast. Phenomenal staff. A huge plus was having free access to bottle water at all times and a complimentary airport shuttle (hourly service) A little further of a walk from the main square than anticipated but still very doable ~13-15 minute walk.

The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was amazing...spacious and clean and modern. Love that I could get coffee on my floor anytime. Breakfast was good too. Helpful tourist desk. Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a gym would be good but honestly I didn't have time for the gym since tours started very early in the morning.

Breakfast has a large selection of food for all type of tastes and diets, quality is relatively good. The service provided by ALL the personnel is highly professional, very friendly and warm, makes you feel pampered by their attention.
