Breakfast was great and lots of choices! A little far from the city center.

Very comfortable bed and large room Hot Breakfast choice limited, this hotel is half way between main square and airport so taxi required for walking areas. Floor was quite dirty (black socks when walking on ?)

Room was not clean and the overall property was in need of refresh

Staff was excellent Room was large and comfortable They provided dinner even when it was almost closing time of their restaurant The only issue was the curtains did not block sun and sunrise is very early in Cusco.

One of the best hotel stuff I’ve seen in a while. They were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed and beyond. We needed to tell the reception every day to turn on the hot water for us. We took some cold showers a few days cuz there were no hot water. They need to change their heating system or keep it on 24/7.

It was perfect.

Excellent staff - happy to help. We had a large suite which was lovely - huge bed and lovely shower. clean and airy.

We arrived at the place after being lied to at another hotel that did not suit us. We got a large and spacious studio room. There was a sitting area, a dining table and a small kitchenette. The place is modern and spacious. It was a pleasant change. The beds are comfortable. The staff did everything possible to make the stay more pleasant. The lady at the reception gave helpful tips, helped organize tours and transportation. Help us rent a wheelchair at a reasonable price, taxis and more. Every morning the breakfast was brought down to the room because mom had trouble going up the stairs to the dining room. All in good spirits. It's a shame that the restaurant on the ground floor wasn't working. But it wasn't a problem. We ordered a taxi. We paid 10-15 Sol and arrived at the restaurant. We wanted to stay there an extra night when we came back from Machu Picchu. It was really late. Booking seemed to have room. When we called they said there was no room. Probably because of the time. A real shame

The facilities are not great. Could not figure out how to run on the heating in the room however they did provide a separate radiator heater. Location may feel a bit far but for me it was fine - the center is around 15 mins walk.

Beautiful suite for a good price A little far outside the central area but not too far if willing to walk

The room was a clean and good size, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. The bathroom stank. There was a constant smell of sewage and we had no hot water for the entire week. We repeatedly alerted the staff to this issue and it was not resolved. One day we had hot water for less than 5 minutes.

There is no window in the room and because the room is small we kept the door slightly open to ventilate. Also the shower makes the tiny room humid.

Very clean and very good stuff. They try the best make you enjoy there .

1. Struggling to communicate with the staff because they cannot speak english, so we were communicating by using google translate. 2. The floor is never mopped so it’s easy to get dirty feet to get into bed.

Suite for a very moderate price with, large space, very clean A bit away from the center and touristic palces, but no big issue, Taxi/Uber is very cheap and 15min away

The free upgrade to a superior room. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was poor, shower never got hot, and heating did not work in the room.
