The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great! The hotel also has a secure garage for overnight parking. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have leg or lung issues, it's a bit inconvenient :) The location is off the highway, so it's not near any of the tourist spots but it's convenient for getting in and out of Cusco by road.
