Is a hot water but u must wait a little bit

We needed a quick stop to sleep close to Wanchaq station so we could take our plane back home early the next day. This hotel was a close and cheap option. We asked in advance for heating as we knew Cusco would be cold, and they had it in all our rooms. Breakfast is served after 7am. We needed to leave at 7am, but the staff gave us the basic (bread, jam, tea, etc) so we could have a quick breakfast. Though the place is older, it was comfortable. We also had less expectations about the shower, but even though there could be better water pressure, the water temperature was really good.

This hotel is family owned and very nice people I will stay again because it’s very good price and conveniently located

We were brought coca tea right after checking in - that was a very nice touch. Breakfast was excellent and filling. We looked forward to it every morning. The noise from the street was a bit much at times.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location very central. Big beds and room. Generally clean. Furniture and bathroom was old and rundown.

The staff was incredibly helpful in accomodating all my requests. The room was spacious with comfy beds and large bathroom. Breakfast was more generous than the average in Lima. The WiFi worked well Although they were clean, the linen and duvet had some old stains. Location is okish, but there is not much around

Excellent staff and the breakfast was really good , hot water and heater in the rooms. The only thing to change will be some of the towels are a liltle bit old. But yu can always ask to change it .
