The hotel stuff is very attentive and willing to provide support when needed, tho sometimes there were many people at the reception looking for support. The breakfast offers a lot of variety to choose from, also warm eggs. Location is in front of the St. Peters church. I had made two reservations and unfortunately, they decided to decline my card for one of them (same card for both bookings and for all my stays in Peru). This caused that I arrived to Cusco without a hotel and had to find one myself cause they didn't have a spare one. Later I learned they can intentionally mark any card as invalid just so. They helped to provide a better offer for the second reservation as a compensation. Other than that, the room had a strange odor, so I needed to ventilate the room constantly.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff super friendly. The rooms were super small and very basic. It was freezing cold and the bathroom „old“

The breakfast and the staff that works were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were not very nice and there is zero sound proofing for rooms next to the road. They would not leave me a lone to transfer me to this hotel vs the location I booked stating that it was an upgrade…didn’t seem like an upgrade at all :/

The bathroom was very clean and had many amenities. The television would randomly exit out of the program I was watching.

The staff was very friendly. They had oxygen to use in the lobby and free coca tea to help with elvation sickness. The hotel had a funky vibe that was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Location wise it was just off the main plaza area so it was a bit quieter but not too far away that you couldn't walk to the fun. I got a room with a Jacuzzi tub but the faucent wasn't long enough so it would splash on the edge of the tub and get water everywhere. So I didn't end up getting to use it. I didn't particularly like the breakfast spread and ended up just eatting toast but my partner liked it.. so it is a toss up I guess.

The property was clean and in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and facilities. The rooms are noisy and small. I did not sleep well on the twin bed. The larger rooms seemed better. I could hear everything going on in the hall and on the adjacent floors: showers, conversations, 3am doors opening and closing. It’s strange to turn in your key every time you leave the hotel.

Room was a little bit small but it was very clean. Restaurant had a good menu of peruvian food.

Comfortable bed and room overall. Having a little kitchen space was nice and we enjoyed the little outdoor garden area. Shower pressure was great and water got hot. We asked for some toilet paper to be brought up because we were about to run out and they did not refill it until room cleaning time the next day. We used tissues we had in our day pack. Breakfast was ok but both times we arrived, there were no eggs or pancakes left and they were not refilled for close to 15-20 minutes. The front desk was not able to break 100 soles for us, but this was a common problem we had in Peru in general. The hotel was quite big & had a restaurant and we purchased two beers but had to use credit card because they could not give us change for the 100. Lastly, our room was on floor 2 and just over the dining room and the chairs dragging across the floor seemed to go on all hours of the morning, day, and night. It felt quite loud in our room.

The beds were big. Everything was clean. 1. The staff was annoyed that we were there to check in at 10:00 pm. 2. They had hidden charges that they informed us after we paid. 3. There were some people being extremely loud that they could be heard across 2 floors. Had to call reception 3 times to ask them to do something about it. 4. The weather was cold but they did not have a good heating system. It was freezing the whole time we were there. 5. There was a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom and was extremely inconvenient to step in it to take a shower as the shower was in the jacuzzi.

Nice staff, great breakfast, hot water with good water pressure in shower, comfortable and clean room, good location central to everything. The first night we had a room that faced the street and it was incredibly noisy. Impossible to sleep and so we insisted on being moved to an inside room for the next time we stayed there later in the week. That was much better.

Excellent location Charged more for change of dates than other family members who also made changes. Told by hotel it was booking. Com who charged.

The breakfast was ok, the hotel was rather cheap as far as hotels go but it was disappointing The kitchen staff was rude at best, they would let dishes and cutlery run out completely, so people were standing around waiting to get food quite a lot. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so it gets rather humid after 2 adults and the 3 kids take baths and then the bathroom stays wet until its cleaned by room service the next day. You can hear people coming and going all night, you can hear them shut their door from the other end of the hotel. And its cold in the rooms

Sounds traveled easily. Slamming doors and the market across the street on the weekend woke is up.
