It’s a great location, central to everything yet quiet. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Small mishap with the water heater. We had to be ready very early and the water heater wasn’t turning on. Staff resolved as quick as possible.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was great and location was perfect. No consistent communication through booking.com and no effort to contact us via other means. Questions regarding our stay went unanswered for months.

Everyone was very kind Not complains

Very tastefully decorated, great breakfast, quirky art, warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are fitted out with water, snacks and toiletries that are all refreshed daily. Door man on 24/7 to let you in. Street can be a little noisy but they have doubled glazed the windows. There is a pharmacy and laundry within 50 meters. Walk to Plaza de Alms in 5-10 mins. Bring raincoat for the showers. Love it here Lamps next to bed please

The rooms had cute decor. This was easily the worst place we've stayed in Peru. The reception is not staffed, so there's nobody around the vast majority of the time (besides a guard to let you in/out). Nobody checked us in or responded to our messages via booking.com, so it took hours to get basic things like towels. The lady who did come briefly in the mornings was really rude and gave us competing information. Despite the cute decor, the rooms were not well maintained (broken furniture and safe, bathrooms smelled of mold, etc). The breakfast was terrible (milk products sat out for hours, coffee was undrinkable, hot food looked re-heated from multiple days) and it was SUPER loud in the rooms. From 5:30am onward we could hear literally every movement and conversation from the dining area. We paid $250/night to stay here because we wanted a nice place for NYE, but we stayed at far nicer places in Cusco for $50/night.

Cosy little place in a central location. The rooms are well decorated with interesting art and the beds are comfortable. There was no front desk staff 90 percent of the time during our four night stay. The place was manned by a lovely breakfast making/cleaning lady and a porter. Both of whom were nice but couldn't help with any of the usual tourist questions. Questions for front desk had to be asked by phone to a front desk staff located somewhere else. The downstairs rooms are not sound proof and it can be very noisy in the morning as the rooms open to the breakfast area.

The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was beautiful, bright and loved the artistic touches. Bohemian chic!

The staff went out of their way to reconnect me with my lost luggage, even driving out to the airport to collect it on my behalf as I was not able. Fantastic service It was a little noisy with people ringing the front door to be let in and setting up breakfast

The interior design and staff There is no AC and hot water wasn't always there! And we had to leave one day earlier but they refused to give us our money back. I liked the staff but I wish they refunded us the day we didn't spend.

We booked a stay @ X.O Art House, but were upgraded to the hotel « Andenes al Cielo » also managed by Marco and his team and located a few meters down the road. This place was great, with charming configuration and confortable rooms. Staff was amazing and took great care of us ! Special thanks to you guys, you really made our stay ? Location is perfect, reaching the city center only takes 5min walking. Lovely buffet breakfast was also included. Nothing to mention here ...
