It was very clean and comfortable and a great location near the plaza de armas! The staff is also very accommodating. I stayed there the night before doing the Salkantay Trek, and they stored my bag while I was gone. They even let me shower when I got back to pick up my stuff before heading off to the bus!

Comfy beds, great location, surprisingly quiet at night, friendly staff, got to rent hiking poles for my trek, booked a taxi for my airport ride. n/a

For the price, this is an amazing option. Very affordable to get your own private room + bathroom, and for the price...I thought everything was very comfortable and really nice. Shower wasn't always perfectly hot (warm, just not always steamy hot), but great Wifi, and I slept great - comfortable beds, big cozy blankets, and relatively low noise for being connected to the main social area of the hostel. Great location, friendly staff, was able to rent hiking poles for my trek....would definitely stay there again!!

Towels didn't dry because the room stays damp after using the shower, even if you leave the extractor fan on.
-
nice place with a great lobby and common area. awesome location on a quiet street close to the center of Cusco
-
Stayed for a simple night after coming back from Machu Picchu, arrived late, staff super friendly both in the evening & the morning - showers good, rooms decent enough. No complains
-
Great location, clean, great value, comfortable common area. Shared bathrooms were very small and didn’t offer much privacy for shower stalls. Also don’t have any towels or paper towels to dry your hands in the washroom.
-
I liked that the staff was really helpful and responsive. The location is central. The urinal beside the showers in first floor is honestly disgusting.
-
The shower was not hot
-
Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. I slept well there WiFi very poor Smoking was allowed in common area and it smelled like smoke everywhere
-
I didn’t like that the plugs were kind of loose when I tried to charge my phone

Great location n different kind of hostel
-
Very friendly staff and very helpful and polite. Also the Perú travel company based inside the hostel were excellent, offering a wide range of tours at a very good price.
-
Nice hostel in the middle of the city centre, they have good options for food as well recommended.
-
Very nice location in the heart of the city center. The bathrooms are clean and the rooms are big. The beds are confortable. There is music in the lobby until 11pm and when sleeping on the first floor, it can be noisy with people speaking in the lobby.

An absolute haven in Cusco - stayed here twice. It’s very homely and the staff are lovely! Only thing stopping me eating 10/10 is the wifi

Super friendly staff & nice rooms. Hot showers and heating which is not always the case in Cusco! Great value for money and we were able to leave luggage in storage free of charge as well as valuables in the hostel’s safe!

The location is very good, the staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a lot of noise during the night coming from the street and the bed sheets are pretty dirty and old.

Good location and quick laundry service Quite basic room and en suite. With all rooms off a central courtyard it’s inevitable you’ll be woken up by noise once or twice. But then, you’ll be the one waking others at some point, so you have to take the rough with the smooth
