I stay at concevideyoc every time I'm in cusco! It's in a great area, the room is comfortable and nicely priced! Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water! they even have a free breakfast for every night you stay.

The location was great! The noise from the other rooms and the noise from the street.

The toilet did not have the lid, you do not have keys to the building door and the door is closed at 10pm. Poor internet connectivity

Breakfast was fine with fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs. The hotel was in a great area close to the market and the rail station I really have very little to criticize. If I’m being nitpicky, there was no tv (which we didn’t need anyway)

Overall it felt uncomfortable as the main entrance gets locked, and you feel like you are a guest in someone's family house that is eerie and a bit abandoned. Breakfast is very simple and limited. No proper reception/Breakfast staff, everything is a bit weirdly organized. I wished for more ventilation in the room. The major worry for me was strong gas smell for more than half a day on my last day of stay which staff initially tried to dismiss and ignore telling me it is normal for the water heating system they use. It is not normal to have such a system or any gas smell in a hotel. If it is their private house they may use any appliances they wish but to host people it is not good. I had to message booking to get someone to come and check it and also repeatedly ask to do something about it. At the end of the day I left for a few hours with all my valuables until the smell disappeared but the worry didn't go away and I will certainly never recommend or stay there again no matter how lovely the building or people are.

Convenient location. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very kind and let us store our bags wile we explored the city. One reason why we picked this location was because Booking.com had a discount, but when we paid for the room, the discount was not applied.

Gloria and her staff were absolutely amazing. Even with a language barrier, we felt like VIP while staying here. We were all family by the time we left. Can't think of anything I would change.

The breakfast offered was meager, however, the ladies in charge were wonderful and very pleasant. We did have scrambled eggs added which was a nice bonus. The hotel is centrally located and getting around the city was very easy. The mattress was very old and not comfortable; it squeaked every time we rolled over. The building was nice and we felt secure however, the noise from the main floor below carried up to our room. The TV on the main floor was very loud.

Right in the center of town. Bathroom was a bit small but very functional. Mattress was a bit old and very squeaky. Hot water takes quite a while to come on.

The staff was absolutely fantastic....waiting for us patiently as we google translated everything ! The beds were comfortable, for people who want to travel by local bus...the stops are by the hotel, the breakfast was great. The centre of town was close by . San Pedro market is a block away ! So on the whole it was a great experience.

People were very friendly they treat us very well very welcoming and I really like the place I will recommend El encanto as a place to stay. I didn't have any bad experience to be honest in there I have nothing bad to say about it.

We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, a short walk from the centre of the old town and also there were loads of restaurants nearby. There was tea and coffee available at all times and the breakfast spread was good. There was often a foul smell from the bathroom drains. We were able to close the door which blocked the smell but it wasn't very pleasant
