Great location. No heat but the extra blankets were great. Had a gym. No heat.

No curtains on bed to provide privacy....Just a small thing considering the beauty of the hostel.

The location and price/value are fantastic. It is a hostel with a very nice courtyard and shared spaces (media, library, kitchen). The triple work well for me and my two daughters. The value is spot on. The room was priced fairly. The restaurant offered some of the usuals and some unique dishes. However, the restaurant is very slow and it runs out some basic items such as milk. The water temperature was not ideal. The room was very cold because there is no heat.

The room did not have windows.

Great location ?? Lots of rooms like movie room, games room, guest kitchen and others ?? Gym was dangerous, equipment wasn’t safe. Needs definitely attention and upgrade

Very big property and huge room. Has great amenities like a gym and huge courtyard with ping pong. The location is also excellent. We stayed in the presidential suite which is an excellent bang for your buck and is top floor with views and toiletries and a kitchenette. The amenities are pretty old and not well taken care of. Most gym equipment is broken and not maintained. The room was nice too but arranged oddly. You have to ask for extras if you need. Overall tho we

Its a little confusing

Location Music too loud during the day and on too late at night.

I didn’t really like anything about the property other than they let us store our luggage before/after check in. One plus tho, the bed sheets at least feels and smells clean. It’s walking distance to a lot of places. The pictures were not at all accurate. The bed was bad. The floors are dirty. The bathroom smells like sewage. It is close to other things — but so are hundreds of other hotels.

It was very cold inside the room, no heater provided. It can get noisy from foot steps in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

the staff, the location it needs charging stations near the beds. there's no hand soap in the bathrooms (only at the one near reception)

Great location in historic center. Easy access to tours for day trips. Huge hostel, never felt crowded. Friendly staff. Could use more outlets near beds for WiFi connection

Location

I only stayed for two nights but it was a great little place, that was close to the centre and great for tour pick ups. They kindly upgraded my room to a four person room from a six and made me a box lunch for my tour the next morning as I would miss breakfast. Could have more outlets near your bed but I changed my sleeping direction so I could reach a plug.

Staff were friendly and professional. Shormely was very helpful. Great facilities. Great location Room was a good size.

Cold room and shower

The shower was the worst I've had in Peru (even compared to many hostels half the price), and the bathroom smelled awful from the moment we checked in. Even with leaving the window open all night, there was a powerful bad odor from the drain.
