Room was comfortable, wifi was good, staff was very helpful and the location worked very well, everywhere we visited was walking distance. We've stayed here several times, and everyting has been consitently positive. No complaints.

No service inside the room and the WiFi didn’t work at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room we booked was a king sized, which we did get, but once we got there, it turned out to be a room without window windows… I think this was because we booked so late (our flight was canceled and we had to book a room for the same night) and we got the last one, but it was not what we expected, especially because the photos on booking showed a room with a window. Similarly, maybe it was because of the location of the room, but there was music coming from a bar or something like that close by, which we could hear until probably about 1 or 2 AM. They did provide us with one pair of earplugs, but there were two of us, and they were not very comfortable. I wish we would’ve known that there was a music venue so close by that we could hear it so late into the night. I did read in some other comments later that others had mentioned this as a comment, but since we booked in a hurry, I didn’t pay attention to the reviews as much as I normally would have. In any case, if you are staying here, please be aware that there is a music venue close by. Finally our room was also next to the generator and/or laundry area, so starting probably about 6 AM in the morning, we could hear staff starting the laundry machine and doing laundry next to our room.

The space is so peaceful. A haven in the middle of a bubbly noisy city! The room was charming with a little balcony over the streets. We appreciated the gorgeous courtyard to enjoy breakfast in the mornings and on our last day before taking the bus (after checking out). The highlight was the staff: Hector and Frank welcomed us generously, gave us great recommendations and made us feel at home! We miss Terra Sagrada already !!

Location is great. Appreciated the tea and cups to enjoy. Our room was freezing but was provided blankets. Was locked out while they were cleaning the back area waited about 7 minutes to get inside. Our room had very creeky floors so not the best. We had to use a physical lock to close the doors so weird key to take with you when out.

The hotel staff was very attentive to the various needs. The rooms met the expected requirements at the price point and it can be nice to feel immersed in the old colonial house. We didn't really like the breakfast. It's very convenient and it's okay if that's what you value but you could miss the Cusco food scene.

The bathroom was extremely small. I’m a tiny person and it was still too small for me. There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom that you could smell as soon as you walked into the room and it never went away. The room was really cold, despite having lots of blankets.

The place was clean and provide everything you need, clean & comfy beds, breakfast, laundry, storage, close to Plaza de Armas, etc. The staff were all very nice and helpful, especially Kelly :). The room can use more places to hang clothes and it would be great if they can make the room warmer (it was colder than outside). But it's nothing untolerable, the place is already great.

The hotel is very well located, and staff was very helpful. Wifi worked very well. The breaksfat was very good. Small but comfortable room. I would stay there again. Bathroon was a bit small, but worked well enough. I have no complaints about this place.

Great location in easy walking distance of the historical area. Staff were super friendly and helpful, booking us taxis and storing luggage while we did our trek. Lots of seating areas inside and out.

the bed is a little hard

Location and staff were helpful when needed. We were easily able to store our luggage when needed. Beds were not very comfy and room was quite small. The tap never gave out warm water only very cold water. No tv in the room. The airport taxi / transport the hotel called us was 15 mins late.

This place had character. The staff is very friendly. It is walking distance from the main plaza. It’s very basic, but everyone we travelled with agreed this was our favorite place we stayed in the whole Peru vacation. The room is very basic and old. The room locks with padlocks. This means you can lock the doors from the outside or inside preventing multiple roommates from having different schedules. This is not a place for anyone who needs modern style.

5-10 minute from the main plaza, so the location is convenient. They were also vey responsive to questions I had asked before arriving. They provided foreign exchange and laundry service as well, which I also found convenient. 1. Rooms and bath/shower rooms are VERY cold. I had to put on an extra blanket and was literally shivering when showering. Doesn’t look like they have a good heating system. 2. No soundproofing at all. I can hear not just everything from the next room through the walls, but also music and noise from clubs(?) nearby. They do provide earplugs but not much of use and I needed to listen to alarm to get up early for going to historical sites near Cusco… so that was inconvenient. 3. Breakfast is too late. They start offering breakfast from 6:30am, but if you want excursions to Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake or whatever.. you typically have to leave well before 6am to avoid the traffic.

Responded to issues quickly Let us store luggage while away for few days Beds were comfy with Sewer smell from our room Bathroom very small and outdated Wifi not great - only worked when near door or out in hallway Shower door came off in the second room they had us on

The hotel is near a night club. There was very loud music till 4 AM between Friday to Saturday. DO NOT book on the weekends. I hope it's better during the week.
