SQ Hotel del Inca

We loved to stay in this hotel. We had a nice bedroom and a delicious breakfast every day included with the price. The hostesses were very friendly and kind with us. We definitely recommend this place.

The room was in bad repair and not clean. The carpet was peeling up in multiple spots, the bathroom had mold, and there was a very strong smell. Some of the blankets on the bed are wool which would not be easy to clean. The pictures and rating on booking deceived us. We left after checking in and then found a new hotel. It was very late and didn't want to figure out the refund in the moment. Now they claim they cannot do a refund. It had to happen within 24hrs. But I messaged them the next morning, much less than 24 hrs

Friendly staff. Very very noisy. Very hard to get sleep here even with ear plugs. It effaces a road and there isn’t any soundproofing. Constant car alarms and honking right outside. Water is just warm enough, not hot.

The location was good, very close to plaza de armas. Staff were nice, even allowed us to leave our luggage for a few days. The room was a little cold but once under the covers it was fine.

I liked the location and the friendly staff. The free breakfast was fine. Booking process was easy and straightforward. The Wi-Fi was not good. It kept cutting out when I tried to use it.

great view over Cusco from room. location is right in the heart of Cusco vibrant commercial centre. water in shower was only luke warm.

The location is great and the staff is really helpful. Some of the facilities are a bit old, but overall It's good value for money.

I fell in love with the town and I think great part of my experience it was because of how they treated me here. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, my room had a pretty nice view of the city and the hotel is really close to the main square. Also the price is good and they have pretty good wifi. The hotel is also close to tons of stores and restaurants. They arranged my transportation from the airport when I arrived. The driver helped me book my tours with an agency he suggested but I had a really bad experience with them. Not the hotel's fault but beware in case you arrange your taxi from the airport with the hotel to not accept the driver's help with your tours.

the hotel was safe and staff are friendly the room looks old and they lack of toiletries supply and they don’t have a proper breakfast only bread coffeee, tea and butter spread and jam and if you want an egg you will pay for it

Comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure. Wifi wasn't great. Breakfast was OK
