OUR ROOM WAS WAY IN THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. WE WERE UPGRADED TO A BETTER ROOM

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Great location for walking the city. We loved getting massages at the spa after a long day of walking the city. The pillows were a little too firm.

I recently stayed at Monasterio, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel is filled with history, and everywhere we went we could appreciate the beautiful architecture and cultural heritage that make this property so unique. Its location is excellent, situated across from the market and within easy walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore Cusco. The atmosphere was elegant, comfortable, and truly memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt welcomed throughout my visit. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. I did not love our first room, it was a bit small and far travelling with a child and a couple of bags. But the staff was amazing. when we returned the room they gave us was STUNNING on the first floor and very convenient!

Amazing experience here. The location was great. Staff is very kind and flexible. We enjoyed the spa, breakfast, dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved having coca tea available in reception at all times. When you book excursions and pick up time is before 6 am, the lunch boxes are very poor.

Great location Breakfast was awesome Excellent mattresses and pillows The most beautiful courtyards, an oasis inside a very busy city They have oxygen for your use of you are experiencing some altitude issues Nice large hot shower The heating system was centrally controlled and Seemed to be only on at night WiFi was not working in our room for one day- but your could go to the lobby and breakfast area to get wifi But overall a great place and will definitely stay there again

We stayed on multiple hotels on this trip, but the breakfast at this one was the best of all of them

Breakfast is great

I stayed here twice: before and after the Inca trek. We were in different rooms, and we had a different experience. The first room was facing the in er courtyard, so it quiet and tranquil, except one evening when mariachi woke us up - they were singing just outside our window. We were jet lagged and needed our rest, but it was spoiled. The receptionist recommended a nice restaurant - we loved it. When we were leaving for the trail, we were given a to-go breakfast. Our luggage was stored at the hotel while we were gone. Then we were given another room. The extra flight of stairs made it brutal for us - our legs were already tired after the trail… the room was bigger than the one before, but it was facing the street, so we had to keep our curtains closed at all times, and it was noisy. The hotel got us a taxi to the airport and it was punctual! Overall, a great stay. When we were leaving for the Rainbow mountain early in the morning, we were not offered a to-go breakfast, and neither in the day of our departure. I wanted to get a massage, but when I contacted the spa via WhatsApp, they responded two days later, when I was already gone. The location was a bit suspicious. From one hand, it was next to a church - it’s in a monastery building, from another hand there were what looked like, homeless people, just outside. I had mixed feelings about the location. It was about 10-15 minutes walk to the center of the city.

The room didn’t have water for tea the first night, the tv was impossible to use and the garbage was not installed correctly.

Everything is great, people is really friendly and are always finding ways to help! NA
