It was very cold and you can hear all the noise from the street but also from the rooms next to you. There is no heater so the room was VERY cold at night.
-
rooms facign the street are very noisy due to busy street and cobble stone roads (we had to use ear plugs). shower was not hot but if you ask the host will turn on the hot water system and then its fine

Staff was nice, room was comfortable. Location was decent, could be better, could be a lot worse. Bathroom was very small. Street was empty yet somehow still loud.
-
Good location about 15 mins to main square. Had 16 bed dorm to myself No lockers or bag storage but they let me leave my bag in the room and keep the keys so I left and saw city sights and came back to get back later in afternoon

Great location, super friendly staff!! There are no windows in the room, but if you are suffering from altitude sickness, this is actually a GREAT thing (rest in the dark).
-
Nice garden, very clean kitchen and comfortable beds. Sometimes there was no hot water.

The owner allowed me early check in and even invited me a coffee when i arrived while they prepared my bed. She was very kind and worried about everything. The place is beautiful and the rooms very clean.

The location is excellent and the host is really kind and friendly. The Internet inside the room is not as good as the outside.

Very kind staff. Lovely dogs. Tasty breakfast

The room was spacious, clean, and charming. The staff were kind, personable and attentive. There was a lot of street noise, especially in the morning. The hot water in our room never got any warmer than tepid.

We had a really good time, especially conversing with Eugenia who was the host. she was lovely explained us everything about Cuzco about Peruvian culture food and and so on we even saw Colibri at her place and she told us that this means luck we felt so well that actually went to the local market to get her flowers because she was really the kindest person I’ve ever met. Honestly, the property is really local. It’s not a five star hotel but that’s something you know upfront so I don’t understand some comments here which claim that it was dirty or inconvenient it was not it is it is definitely not a luxury hotel but for what you paid you get a lot and Eugenia even prepared us every day breakfast according to what we wanted to have so that there was scrambled eggs except one day they were pancakes. It was really lovely . It was too short :-)

The place is run by a family. They are very friendly and quick to respond to any request. It was a bit hard to communicate because they didn't speak English, but it wasn't a big problem.

The breakfast was varied, one day butter and jam with little milk, another one fruit and yogurt, the next one was egg, The three first days I had to ask for hot water every time I needed it, it was annoying! they cleaned the bedroom just once in 5 days. Check very well what time you have to leave, I thought it was at 11 and they said it was at 9 am.

The place was decent, the location was good and people nice No heater in the room, was the main reason for our discomfort. The breakfast was just a piece of bread and jam. Beds not comfortable. But the main issue was the lack of heater, we slept at 30 degree Fahrenheit.

Cold showers in winter. Noisy room as flimsy shutter faces road. Breakfast is stale bread and jam.
