It's a bit hard to find the place as there are many accomodation providers around but you can call Carolina and she will give you instructions.

Carolina is such a lovely host! I felt like home right away. The female dorm room is clean and I felt safe there. Hot water in the shower of the bathroom upstairs isn’t consistent, but it’s hard to find hot water in Cusco… for the price you pay to stay at this hostel, it’s still worth it :)

Great location, comfortable, the host was very friendly and hospitable.

It’s conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the station. You can reach the city center by crossing the river, and it only takes around 10 minutes. The Wi-Fi can be a bit weak sometimes.

This place feels like home away from home and the location is perfect. The bed is super comfortable and Carolina is the most amazing host!

Cheap It says they have lockers, but they don’t. The only place is to put in storage and and them to open it every time you need something from your bag. Would have not booked it if I knew.

Owner is SO helpful and kind. She helped us with all our queries, held our bags while hiking Salkantay & was extremely flexible with check out time. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

The location was good and the property had potential — they were about to renovate when we arrived so it was a bit messy. There is only hot water in the mornings between 4-9am the rest of the time, the water is cold. One morning there was no hot water. It was quite chilly in Cusco so this was an unwelcome surprise.

Room was clean The kitchen was very dirty and the bathroom too. Host was polite enough but no effort was made to maintain the place.

The cleanliness is lacking a lot. I understand that it’s cheap so it won’t be perfect, but washing the shower once a week would not be too much. Not even sure if the sheets were clean.

Lugar agradable, the owner Carolina is so gently and sweet person, I saw some comment I don’t get why they say something bad against to the place, is a cheap place, has everything you don’t need to share rooms and smell another people for a low price, they have kitchen for free and not all the cheap hostels have that for free and we have to let clean for the next guest who want to cook, the bathroom it is not the best but if there is more people who doesn’t care when they are sick and they doesn’t care for another guest too I saw people sick and just use the toilet and let so dirty and they doesn’t care about the other person in the house. Why they point the Ukumari if it is our responsibility and empathy for the next who is going to use the toilet, SOME PEOPLE EANT EVERYTHING AND LOW AND CHEAP AND PRIVATE. It is a nice place with everything in there. So safe. Thank you Carolina for your help with my tours. Nada

Very nice Owner, she wants to help with everthing! It was not hygienic, the kitchen and bathroom were not clean and it smelled like sigarette smoke.

Water issues in Cusco means showering can be a bit awkward at times.

it's a counfy place to stay, we really like our two beds room. in the end, we stay more then 5 nights. and Carolina is a warn person which offer us some flexibility for our check-in time, also give us alot information for our trip to Machu Picchu, and those interesting town around Cusco. anytime we need helps carolina will do her best to help, highly recommend! The intermittent water outage in the dry season may make cooking a little more difficult, but it seems that this is a problem shared by the whole city.

The host was very nice and really helpful. She looked after our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu and she also allowed us to check out at 6PM as we had a late bus. The beds were comfortable. We used the fridge downstairs also. The WiFi was good. The smell was really bad and the fact that you had to ask the host if you wanted to shower outside the ours of 4:30 to 9:30am. The bathroom was usually dirty. There was no hot water most of the time we were there.

The place is very affordable and the manager is very kind, useful and trying to please. Location is quite close to the main square. The room itself was big and comfortable. The first days were good but unfortunately later in the stay there were issues with the water in the hostel so there were times with no water in the toilet or sinks. Also my last couple days there was no hot water in the shower and as the temperature outside was very cold it was uncomfortable, especially when you return dirty late at night after a full day trip.

Even though it is the most affordable hostel in the region, everything is perfect and incredible! The owners are wonderful people! This is not just a hostel, it's an experience! I made a family for myself in Cusco! I came for one day, stayed for ten days and will be back soon! Nothing
