The advertisement is deceptive, they advertise a no window room with "overlooking the city" in the description.

There was no window to outside, only a small trapdoor to the hall. There should be a lock on those trapdoor

A 3 star hotel Very kind staff who helped me with internet. If you rely on the internet for video calls, you’ll probable need to hotspot yourself instead. You get towels and water daily The beach proximity and price are the reasons to book here You’re quite close to the beach Breakfast is not waking up for. No cereal, various juices etc. I booked this hotel thinking that breakfast would be good and it wasn’t Breakfast needs to go until 10am. 9am is too short. They need a do not disturb sign so housekeeping doesn’t knock on your door at 9am every day Gym closes at 8pm. Could go later

We stayed at Kova Diamond Hotel from 1st Jan to 6th Jan. Our initial booking was until 5th Jan, but we enjoyed Da Nang so much that we extended our stay by one more day, which reflects how comfortable our experience was. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. We could see the Son Tra mountains with the Lady Buddha as well as Da Nang beach, which made the stay very relaxing. A big plus was the convenience of the location. There are two shops right beside the hotel that are open 24 hours, which is extremely helpful. The Grab cab fare to and from Dragon Bridge was only around 30–40k VND, and the hotel is also close to the An Thuong area, just about a 1 km walk. The staff was polite and helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other beachside hotels nearby. Another thing we appreciated was that no security deposit was required, and card payments were accepted (with a 3% charge), which made things very easy. Overall, it was a great value-for-money stay in Da Nang. We would definitely recommend Kova Diamond Hotel and would happily stay here again. There was no microwave in the room, due to which you can't cook any instant food which is easily doable if we had microwave.

Towels, and bed linens were old and showed wear and damage . Ie holes and stains Shower water splashed/ drained towards toilet area . Entrance doors were old and had large gaps all around so noise from people coming and going in the corridor was loud. Staff was great, breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. Good location.

The staff are AMAZING!!! Always smiling and happy to help. We checked in late and went to our room and it had a very heavy mildew smell. We stayed the night because it was late and were hoping it would dissipate. Needless to say, it did not but they were happy enough to get us a new room. It was better, still a slight mildew smell but that is Vietnam by the beach! The location couldn't be better!! It is a few short steps from the beach! Everything is walkable, which is very important to us. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options from local Vietnamese to some western eats. There is something for everyone. We were here for 2 weeks so by the last day we were ready for a change. But the staff at the breakfast are so lovely!! Always smiling, eager to help, definitely started the day right! The pool/gym do not look like the pictures, at least the gym doesn't. If you are looking for a decent gym, I would not recommend this place. If you are looking for a bougie place, continue looking, this is not it. But, it is clean, great people and amazing location. Make sure to check your room description carefully, a lot of the rooms DO NOT have a window. We booked the family room which had 2 beds and a window. We are only 2 people but need some space because we were staying long. Luckily, we did, the smaller room has no window. May not be a deal breaker for some but for me it 100% is. So as always, read the descriptions! I will definitely stay here again when I return to DaNang. Gym was not good, looks nothing like the pics.

5 nights in this hotel, the house keeping staff did not change my sheets at all, including do not put the tea/coffee on my desk (when i ask, she gave it to me), they also not broming/cleaning my floor, it was only done day two, then they do not clean it again.

Nice view. There was parking lot view apart of it though. Hot shower. Big room. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to the beach. Nice bed.
