I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang. Comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, and lots of cafés nearby.

The rooftop pool was probably my favorite feature. It's not huge, but the view and relaxed atmosphere made up for it.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The rooftop pool added a nice touch and gave the hotel a more relaxing atmosphere.

What stood out most to me was how convenient everything was. I could walk to the beach, grab groceries, spend a few hours at the beach, and return to a clean and cool room without needing transportation. For travelers who enjoy exploring on foot, the location is hard to beat.

My one piece of feedback: it'd be helpful to have multiple keycards for the room. That makes it easier in case guests are doing things separately during the day and need individual access to the room. (We were only able to get one keycard.)

a lot of construction work in the neighbourhood

We booked a family room with a window and balcony. However, when we arrived and opened the curtains, we were facing construction work just half a meter away even from the balcony. After complaining, we were offered another room with a “partial sea view,” but this was not worth it at all. The sea could barely be seen in the distance through a window with blinds. Since it was late, we accepted the room, which was slightly cheaper, but we had to ask for the price adjustment ourselves. The next day, when we asked for the bill, we noticed the room was actually cheaper than what we were told, but additional charges had been added for towels and extra sheets that we never requested. When we questioned this, we received different explanations: first extra costs for booking on-site, then a 12% government tax, and later that it was due to a pricing mistake the night before. On top of that, the invoice still showed a “balance due,” even though we had already paid everything. If we hadn’t checked carefully, we might have been charged again at check-out. Although they adjusted part of the bill, the unnecessary extra charges remained. The whole situation was exhausting, and we decided to leave one day early and move to another hotel in Da Nang.

They didn’t let me check out until they checked the minibar which is ridiculous for the amount of the cost

Location Shore was amazing Breakfast was good Place looks dirty, walls need painting, cobwebs in corners. Our room never had the floor swept. In a week Once you use a glass in the room it is up to you to clean it, it doesn’t get taken away or replaced if you ask for clean ones White sheets, towels are greyish
