The room was clean and the air conditioning worked properly. "Please be aware that there is ongoing construction directly next to and across from the hotel. The photos provided are outdated; they depict an unobstructed beach view that is no longer available."

The bed is comfortable. Also when we asked for extra pillows, it was granted. Housekeeping could be improved. The clothes of the previous guests was still there for we don’t know how long.

The location The air condition. With our first room it was very hot that they provided an electric fan. Good thing they transferred us to different room

The hotel is near the beach. The staff is friendly. The breakfast has many delicious Vietnamese foods.

The one positive is that it's a beachfront property—if you're lucky enough to get a beach-facing room. The breakfast was decent with many options. However, the taste of the some of dishes was not up to the mark. We stayed at Tyuet Son in March 2025 and unfortunately, it wasn't great. This dated property has a distinct '90s aesthetic that feels more like an old marriage hall than a modern hotel. The hygiene issues were concerning. Initially, we were assigned a family room with two queen beds on the 11th floor that was damp, poorly maintained, and had an unclean bathroom and the walls were porous so we could hear the neighbours loud and clear. When we requested a room change, we were told nothing similar was available. Eventually, we were allowed to switch to two double rooms, but only after paying additional charges. Unfortunately, these rooms were not great either, except for the beach view. We encountered cockroaches on our floor —in the corridors and inside our rooms (photos attached). When we raised these issues with management, their response was inadequate. They offered a minimal refund that was nowhere near proportionate to our total payment or the inconvenience we experienced, which we refused.

Location was superb. We booked the same day 3 rooms and they were readily available. Situated a street behind from Danang Beach and 23 minutes walk to Son Tra Night Market. Grab rides easily accessible. Breakfast included was decent for the price. Laundry service was 40,000 dong per kilo. We would stay here again. Minor details - shower needed thorough spray to clean grout. Hotel and decor a little dated. Construction around. A pity as hotel will possibly lose its waterviews as another hotel constructed in front.

The receiving/reception area has no AC a little bit warm inside ,but there is an electric fan and also the room AC does not cool well.The breakfast buffet is ok but it almost the same everyday maybe a 1 dish is change,we stayed for 5 nights

Me and my family enjoyed staying with Sea View Family Junior Suite for 2 nights on the 12th floor. Hotel decoration and cleanliness were very good. Services were good. Perfect location near My Khae beach. Nearby Marts were available. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at Lang Chai Seafood Restaurant, which was 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was limited and finished early, nearly within 8:15am. No more filling the items. Very bad. Besides this, we stayed here comfortably.

Location is good, rooms are nice.Staff at reception is good. Manager at restaurant is good. Water pressure in bathroom was very low. Ask for sugar for my tea but had to remind many times before it came. Staff at kitchen is very very rude. Refuse to give small amount of sugar. Started a big fight. Very stingy with soap. Very less soap for 4 persons. Room cleaning staff bad. Room cleaning not good.

Definitely the location. A few metres from the beach. Room was very spacious. The Breakfast unfortunately didn't work for us. Didn't cater for Westerners. I understand & accept the fact that we are in Vietnam but PLEASE cater for tourists too!!
