Sala Danang Beach Hotel

My phone fell off my motor bike I rented and Bao, one of the wonderful, sweet staff members, spent probably 3 hours with me helping me track it down. My watch data showed that it ended up at a church which had just started service... so Bao waited with me and translated a note that I wrote to the pastor, which he read at the end of the sermon...about a tourist that had lost his phone and someone here might have it. As the congregation filed out, a man motioned Bao and I towards his Moto and he opened the seat and produced my phone! As a tourist who was leaving 2 days later you can understand how important/useful one's phone is for traveling, plus all the pictures I had taken. Well let's just say I was overwhelmed with gratitude and it brought me to tears that Bao stayed with me this whole time and this wonderful man of faith had my phone for me. I cried tears of joy and gratitude on the back of Bao's motorbike on the ride back to the Sala Da Nang Hotel. It was truly amazing! Thank you, Bao! I can't recommend anyone to stay at Sala Da Nang enough! It is amazing! Clean, the staff is friendly and SO helpful, the Japanese restaurant on the 26th floor is top notch! (I should know as I lived in Japan for 2 years!). Thank you, workers of Sala Da Nang for making my stay so pleasurable and relaxing! Nothing at all! It was all excellent! The service, the staff, the food... all of it was divine!

It was very clean and the staff was very nice I didn’t like the area so much. Walking around the hotel there were a lot of construction and It wasn’t very clean

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony overlooked My Khe Beach, offering a fantastic view. The breakfast selection was good, and it was easy to get around using Grab from the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, and communication in English was smooth. The hotel is not directly on the beachfront, but it's only a short walk away, so the location is still convenient. However, the room service staff and the breakfast café staff spoke very limited English, making communication difficult even with the help of a translation app.

The pool, the location and the view. Breakfast was also amazing We requested an extra night accommodation as we were evacuated from Ha Long Bay due to typhoon coming. We contacted the hotel and they said they could hold and accommodate us in the same room if we paid on arrival. Unfortunately, we were flying when this message was sent so on landing, I sent a message accepting the offer, only to arrive at the hotel to be told the room had been given to someone else. We were very disappointed as they said they would hold the room (there was no time limit specified) We were offered a reasonable rate for a suite which we took and moved out of the next day to our allocated room. The suite was large and had a bed on a platform which was very hard to get in and out of - I was much happier with the next room but grateful that we could be accommodated.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! It was worth every penny and every moment. From the reception team to the rooftop terrace, pool, restaurant, and overall service, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to Hana from the Guest Relations team, who gave us wonderful recommendations not only for our stay but also for the next part of our trip in Hoi An. Thanks to her advice, we visited fantastic restaurants and An Bang Beach. We even changed half of our Hoi An reservation from the Old Town to the An Bang Beach area because she explained that it was more relaxed, family-friendly, and enjoyable. We would never have discovered this wonderful place without her recommendation. The welcome drink was absolutely delicious, and we even received a lovely farewell drink when we left. We stayed here during our honeymoon and my husband's birthday. We reserved a table on the rooftop terrace to watch the fireworks, and the staff kindly arranged one of the best-view tables for us. They also surprised us with a small birthday cake, which was a thoughtful gesture. Our room was on the 22nd floor with a beautiful partial sea view. It was comfortable, quiet, and featured a lovely glass corner where we could relax while enjoying the scenery. When we entered the room, we were delighted to find the bed beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, along with fresh fruit and a cake waiting for us. It made us feel truly special. The restaurant was spacious with a wide variety of breakfast options. There was something for everyone, and if you're not used to a traditional Vietnamese breakfast, there are plenty of international choices. The chefs also prepare eggs exactly the way you like them. I highly recommend this hotel. After staying here, I find myself comparing every other hotel to this one, and very few can match the comfort, hospitality, and outstanding service we experienced.

The breakfast was so amazing. The food quality and selection was excellent, and the environment was so peaceful (2nd floor). The servers and staff were so friendly too! Everything was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave.

After comparing all hotels i visited in Vietnam, i can surely say that Sala Danang was the best one.

The beach and city view from our room was spectacular. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The staff were accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was extremely central to shops, restaurants/cafes, massages and beach. There wasn't anything I disliked.

The location is perfect , in the middle of everything The staff did thier best to make the whole stay very comfy , starting from the afternoon tea they offered during the check in , to the complementary daily jacuzzi at the spa , the gym was well equipped , bakeries in the breakfast tasted so good , even after the check out they offered me to use the pool as my flight was a bit late , and I loved the check out drink they offered The breakfast can have more options for Muslim as it was filled with pork options Spa prices can be a bit expensive though the service was amazing

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. A three minute walk to the beach. The restaurant had top tier food. Shopping all around. Everything was excellent.

The staff were amazing and so sweet! They served me tea while I was waiting to go to my room at check in. The staff helped with baggage too which was so nice! I had the most amazing view too! Loved it! Especially the free shuttle to the airport! Nothing! Everything was great!

We enjoyed the infinity pool very much. Not a very big and deep pool, but enough for doing laps. Enjoyed the dinner and the beatiful view of the entire danang city from the restaurant on the 25th floor. With the big breakfast hall that we never have to wait for an open table. The coffee is good, breakfast includes both Vietnamese and westurn international. The most fun part is it allow you to make your own version of "banh mi". Above all, the thing that we enjoy the most are the smiles and the friendliness of the hotel staffs. None

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were lovely. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The view from our room was INCREDIBLE! Even the shower in the bathroom showed a view of the city and it was amazing! If nothing else, go for the gorgeous view from the rooftop pool and the exquisite breakfast - so much to choose from, every option you can imagine! Easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Honestly the stay was perfect - nothing to improve on!
