Giá phòng hợp lý, vị trí rất gần biển phước mỹ rất đẹp và yên tĩnh hơn mỹ khê. Đi lên bán đảo sơn trà hay vào trung tâm cũng đều tiện đường.

The staff was outstanding, always ready to assist and help. All of them; breakfast staff, bellhops, cleaning personnel, front desk, maintenance. the hotel is in need of upgrades, but staff makes up for it. the hotel needs upgrade, to many holes in ceiling from repairs, molding from water damage. they do a good job keeping clean in spite of it, they could spend the money and fix these things and truly be top hotel.

Food variety and freshness in breakfast. Bakery is locally excellent. Bright and open space restaurant on 1 Floor. Location near the beach. Cool in-room temperature. Nice ocean view. Comfortable arm-chairs in the lobby. Overall very good for a budget trip! Only one card key for two guests access in the room. Restaurant seat lay-out makes it difficult to move around. Fridge not cool enough. No room service. Poor pressure water shower. Water temperature tuning accuracy is a challenge. Wall stains.

Only one thing that I like about this property is location. It’s close to the beach. That’s terrible. Ruin my children vacation mood. We booked 5 rooms total. And all 5 of them are dirty, ants and mold.

The buffet was well-stocked, clean, and offered a great mix of local and continental options. Highly recommended! Once I asked for sugar for making tea, staff rudely reacted "Recently in evening, I asked for sugar poutch staff has not responded properly. Please ensure every guest request is handled promptly, acknowledging their needs rather than deflecting them."

Room had ocean view and really quiet. Beach nearby, convenient, walkable to places, stores and restaurants , staff were nice and helpful, good breakfast but need more fruit and desert. The bread also need pâtés to go with other cold meat. I Refrigerator is not much cold, bathroom need to update. Sink is not drain well, shower had no place to put shampoo or soap, need more pillows and toilet paper

The location is very good and there's a convenient store beside it. A lot of good restaurants at a walking distance. Comfortable bed. Very good buffet breakfast. small view of the sea from my room.

Rooms facilities are very bad Not clean Each time when we asked additional towel while we went to beach it looked like we are hand over the gun or some valuable thing. The staff was chasing us as they provided one additional towel and demanded to gove us the used one that we can take the new one Shampoon and bath amenities were terrible The second day I tried to check out and get my money as the room was tereible and I was not happy but hotel rejected the reimbursement Also at night it gets very noisy as it is nect to the road I do not advice to stay at that hotel as the value of the money does not meet

The view in the panoramic family room was the best. It was worth the price of the room. You can see the entire shoreline from the balcony and the location is just across the beach. The buffet has good selections We encountered a problem with water supply at night and they offered to move us to another room with the same view. We were all very tired and had baby sleeping already so this was somewhat an inconvenience. I just hoped they handled the situation a little better or at least made sure that everything’s working in a room before renting it out.

Very good location and staff were nice. The property seems old and nothing fancy about it. Windows are dirty to see the view! Breakfast is not good. A variety of foods but not tasty!
