The variety of breakfast was good. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Very freindly and couldn't have done anymore for us. The breakfast was good, however was very busy and difficult to get to anything...we did go a little later that day so probably why. The lifts were a little slow at times, but no big deal. The property was probably a little further out than what we would have liked to make it closer to the main spot.

الموقع ممتاز، فجميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها تقع على بُعد خطوات من الفندق. الغرفة واسعة ومريحة، وتناسب الإقامة العائلية. الإفطار جيد جدًا مقارنةً بمعظم الفنادق في فيتنام، ورغم أن الخيارات المناسبة للمسلمين محدودة كما هو معتاد، إلا أنه تتوفر بعض الأصناف المناسبة. البلكونة والإطلالة من أجمل ما يميز الفندق، وكانت تجربة الاستمتاع بالمنظر رائعة. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good compared to most other hotels in Vietnam. As is common in Vietnam, the selection of halal-friendly options is limited, but there were still a few suitable choices for Muslim guests. The bathroom design is very poor. Even the sinks are awkward and inconvenient to use. Although the room is marketed as suitable for two adults and two children, the bathroom has an open layout, which offers very little privacy and is not suitable for families. The TV does not support modern streaming apps such as Netflix. There are not enough elevators. Unfortunately, we almost missed our flight because we had to wait more than 20 minutes for the luggage porters to reach our room. This happened because the hotel does not have a dedicated service elevator. The room rate is somewhat expensive for the overall experience.

You could feel the happy vibe the minute you step in the hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel spa massage was amazing. Breakfast spread was good. I booked a family room and overall were great. However, when I went to my other friend’s room, the shower area was glass up and curtains on the outside that compromised on privacy. The main consideration for my next visit would be this if I stay with friends.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel’s location, which was excellent and convenient. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The check-in process was extremely slow, and while other guests appeared to receive welcome gifts, we did not receive any. The check-out experience was similarly inefficient due to a lack of staff at the front desk. The cleanliness standards were particularly disappointing. We found hair inside the drawer, the towels were torn, and there was noticeable dust throughout the room. The overall level of hygiene was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. In addition, the staff were not particularly welcoming and rarely smiled or made an effort to create a warm guest experience. Another issue was the loud music coming from outside the hotel every evening, which continued until around 11:30 PM. While I understand this may be beyond the hotel’s direct control, better soundproofing would significantly improve guest comfort.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was very convenient, the pool was fabulous, and the view was stunning. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with great air conditioning, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the coffee was the best of our trip. We would definitely stay again.

not really a big fan I think with this price you can get a lot better hotels. it doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotels

Everything simply excellent all around Nothing

A nice hotel, lovely breakfast and right across from the beach. Location is not central but there are some nice bars around. The staff were attentive and helpful. Location is a bit away from the main tourist centre and there is quite a bit of noise at night from the resorts on the beach, that is made a bit worse by the insulation of the windows which was on its way out. Music ends aroudn 11ish so not that late. The top floor dining area was a bit dead at night and the infinity pool during the day was hogged by kids who were a bit of a nuisance, pity as the space was nice. Probably just high season thing.
