Seven Sea Villa Hotel & Apartment

Apartments is well equipped, great natural light, and very clean. Staff is very professional and provides great service. Good location close to the beach, walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants. Transportation fast and accessible. I highly recommend and will stay here again. No complaints.

The rooms are big, great having a washer and cooktop. Close to the beach and a wonderful pool Staff is super friendly and helpful Bed is too soft, but I like hard Asian beds!! Some areas could use repair but nothing awful

Cute little hotel close to the beach, pool could use some work but the rooms are very nice. Front desk is very helpful even when I locked myself out of my room at 1 am! Just the pool needs a little work but other than that…wonderful

It had great access to Danang Beach and many restaurants. I liked having a kitchenette and laundry machine. They took good care of the room. We were hoping the pool and upper deck area were in season as it appeared to be unused. This could be a real gem with some plants and chairs.

The noise coming from the room above made it very hard to get a good nights rest. People were dragging or moving furniture around at all hours. Also the smell of smoke from coffee shop down below often came into our room The Pool was cold and had too much chlorine .

The location is fine but got confused with the Seven Sea Hotel! The staffs were good, attentive. There is a Seven coffee shop right below the building. The noise may be uncomfortable for the guests. The linens are old and worn out, need replacement. The beds are squelching and making noise when sitting and lying on them. The hot water in the shower takes forever to come, wasting a lot of water at the start. There is no iron and iron board. We asked for the iron, the staffs didn't know if they have it. But finally response with a "no" at the end of the day. I think the main issue is the smelling of mold! The air in the room is dense and smell bad. We open the windows to air out while in the room. That's only help some. My wife is still sneezing due to the presence of mold after couple hours in the room. There is a washer in the room but no dryer. I didn't ask if works are being done on the upper floors but the noise is bad.

Did not match website pictures, washing machine was in the stairwell and the pool was a sad place with no loungers.

I booked a studio and the friendly lady at the reception gave me a studio with seaview. The square room was large with a very comfortable bed and a big closet on one side, the kitchen, fridge and dining place on the other side and lots of space in between. The bathroom was inviting with a good shower combo. I enjoyed the rooftop pool "with a view" several times. The hotel is very close to the beach and "Moonmilk", my favorite grocerie. To go after 3 nights.

Great location not too far off from the beach! The hotel was very near to the beach and had convenience stores nearby if you needed anything else the hotel doesn't already offer The washer/dryer combo in our room didn't do the drying part so well. The receptionists I had encountered also could not communicate in English which made checking-in/out a little bit of a hassle.

The location was excellent. There are many restaurants to visit within walking distance—only a few hundred metres from the hotel to the beach. We were charged 40,000 VDN for a stain on a hand towel. It was a tiny, almost invisible spot (perhaps orange juice). Yet they destroyed one of my wife's white tops in the washing and tried to say it was our fault. They washed a white with colours, and it came back blue, they just folded it and put it in with the washing. they knew they had done it but tried to hide it. When I complained, they kept trying to deny it, and I just rejected their claims and demanded the 40,000 VND returned for what was an invisible spot compared to our completely destroyed beyond, repair top. NOT PLEASED

Great staff, always trying to help out. Good beach location, with a few good local restaurants nearby. Good coffee downstairs at the attached cafe. Clean, comfortable, roomy spaces. A couple of minor issues on checking in (noting we are not whiners) with most challenges fixed the moment we asked (there's always something, but the team were great in helping out). Lovely rooftop pool, small but in an interesting setting. Good internet, solid and fast. Overall, a good experience. Worth noting that many (not all) immediately-nearby restaurants are either seafood, or Korean, or only take tour-sized groups (there ARE some other good ones, and see An's just down the same road for amazing, simple food). The hotel only seems to take cash up front or local bank transfer, so if you're staying a while, take cash with you instead of blowing your atm limit. It's ok to smoke in the hallways - do with that what you will. The rooms do have washing machines, but the dryer is actually a drying rack they lend you, or in the basement (I don't know what that was, a machine or just the rack, we didn't use it but were told about it). No issues with moisture in the rooms from drying rack use, and everything dried quickly, but if you're expecting to do a big load before travelling onwards, it won't be a "Chuck it all in the dryer" situation. I think the hot water is solar, but it's warm enough by 0800 each day.
