Brilliant Majestic Hotel

I did not stay at this hotel at the end, I ended up leaving the place, I do want to say they had a great location and they were fair to give me a full refund, which I was thankful for. The beds weren't clean and ai could tell someone else had used the bed before us, it was wrinkled and not clean. The AC wasn't working and the girl that was at front desk was kind but super unhelpful, was able to help with the AC, but said she couldn't change bedsheets cause she was alone. We even offered to do it ourselves if they could get us clean bedsheets but she said she couldn't do that. I refused to sleep in a dirty bed and found another hotel that same day and left that place, didn't even stay one night.

location The pool was beyond tiny

The rooms were spacious, it is a good location. Walking distance from the beach The property is filthy, the lobby was very dirty, the elevator was very dirty. The rooms were surface clean. I had to ask them to clean my room again because it was not cleaned properly. This hotel has great potential if they just clean the place. There were also roaches in the room.

Exceptional … Really loved it. Well the photos mentioned here are outdated, yet the rooms are so so so gooood and there’s nothing to complain about.

Lack of instructions from staff regarding café facilities on site. I didn't exactly receive a warm welcome after a long journey

The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Great value for money. Bathroom is clean, room service is great. However, the bathing area is a bit narrow.

The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. Facilities are good overall, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Location is close to the airport ( 15 min drive). Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Rooms are a little bit small.

Location is ideal as in few minutes walk from My Khe beach. Clean and friendly staff. Room is nice. Only issue is the view is average and the noise from the street is loud inside room

The location was nice, close to the beach, a bit far from the noisy tourist streets. So it felt more "local". The water pressure in the shower was good! Heh. The stuff was polite. The glass door in the toilet. Could hear a bit too much what was going on in there :D A bit dark in the night time, but it is compensated by a nice day light and street view.

Very different from pictures, rundown, and dirty

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. First, the photos on Booking.com are *heavily edited* and do not reflect the actual room size or condition. The room was *very small* with *limited space*, although it was clean. We were given a room right next to the *main street*, which was extremely *noisy all night and early morning*. There were *no phones in the room*, making it hard to contact reception. I tried to request *an early check-out* through their WhatsApp hotline and even through Booking.com, but *received no response*. Also, this hotel is *not suitable for families* — it may be okay for solo travelers, but definitely not ideal for those looking for space or quiet. Overall, I do *not recommend* this hotel — there are better options and better value for money in Da Nang. *Rating: 3/10*. Clean

Room so clean & beauty, the bed is really comfy. Near to beach. Can walk to beach. Location great. The staff was also very friendly! Will repeat again!

Easy check-in and check-out, Adequate elevator, Adequate parking slot, Inexpensive.

Mainly Asian clients and we really liked it. Quiet and peaceful hotel.
