The window opened so close to the next room window. Extra charge when I paid by credit card.

Big bed, Big window, Good food in area, Pretty quiet area, 24/7 markets close by, strong ac. Shower takes a little while to get hot water, but good overall.

The lock doesn't feel safe, the person who did my check in the first day was super unfriendly (I stayed 7 nights), said that is not breakfast available and was the reason why I booked, the cleaning could be improved, there is no soundproof and is a overnight bar next to the place what is really noisy,

The bed was big and comfortable. The shower water pressure was good . The hallways and pool where dirty . The staff was not helpful although they were friendly . When asked about how to get to Hue via bus or train I was told that only private cars go to Hue because it’s such a short distance . That was clearly a lie and if the hotel only provided car service it was ok to say that but not to lie . Ideally they would refer to a tour agency if they don’t jade the service . The street the hotel is on is busy and loud . There were children yelling in hallways and other spaces where it was very easy to hear all this noise while in my room and this was at 5 in the morning .

The location was good. Walking distance to the beach and has good cafes and restaurants around. The staff should’ve been more professional in answering messages online.

If you are not ready to hear noice from people yelling till 4 am where there is some bars don’t choose.

It was easy to access. Bike parking in garage. The mattress was average to not very good.

We were satisfied with the reception, cleanliness and facilities here. Will come back if we have a chance to visit Da Nang!

The beds were soft, there is hot water at the sink and shower, and they will clean and make up your room every day. You get 2 small bottles of free water every day also. The shower was a rain shower with a glass partition separating it from the rest of the bathroom. The place was not maintained well. The screws holding the glass bathroom door to the wall were coming out. The window curtain rod had the same problem with one side completely out of the wall. The flooring was not completed in certain areas, and one area was warped. Tobacco smoke comes in your room by way of the door from smokers in neighboring rooms and the hallway. Staff did not enforce the no smoking policy when I complained about this. The swimming pool is very small.

The staff are very friendly. They would always say hello to you, especially the housekeeping staff. The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfy. They gave me the room where the key card doesn't work. I have to always use a key instead of the card. On the second day, there was the electricity breakdown very early in the morning around 7AM with an alarm ringing very loudly, which obviously woke me up. The location is not very ideal for me. But overall, with the given price, the experience is great.

The bathroom is clean. Clean towels. The room doesn't have smoky smell. There is no mirror in the bedroom. It has only in the bathroom.

The bed in my room was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in anywhere in Vietnam or South East Asia, it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach in one direction or the city centre in the other direction (if you are a regular walker that is) . The is a shop adjacent to the hotel and it sells most of the things you could want. The A/C worked well when used with the desk fan. There were times it was like sleeping in an echo chamber and the fact that some guests don't know how to behave in a shared space didn't help, there doesn't seem to be any sound proofing in the entire building. There were several areas of water damage in the room most likely from the shower in the adjoining room . The beside lamp didn't work and the room seemed to only be illuminated only on one side. The hotel rents motor cycles but wanted to keep my passport which was a non runner for me a photo copy should have been enough (I also have a driving licence and an international driving permit).

Besides the staff, nothing. The staff were nice. Where do I start? The rooms were too small, not even close to what is advertised. The bathroom door did not lock. The bathroom drain clogged up regularly. The window opened to the window of another room. The place is loud, the walls too thin. We were woken up many times in the night with the sounds of people arriving and leaving. I bet I'd be able to track everyone's check in/out times based on the number of times we woke up. The keyhole had tissue stuffed into it. Privacy is king. The wifi was slow, the mosquitoes were plenty, and the cobwebs in the room could have decorated a haunted house. ALSO. The hotel seems to be rigging its reviews on Booking. I appear to have given it a 9.0 "Superb" rating, but the only way I'd do that is if I were clubbed over the head and made to do the bidding of a demon overlord. But I'm totally fine, so my more honest rating is 1.0.

The hotel was very dirty, our bathroom had a very bad smell of urine. The whole hotel looked nothing like the pictures. We also had people in the room next to us shouting and playing music at full volume all day and night. I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars.
