Room is big But too loud from next door The noise

We liked everything about this hotel, location, the parking area, the room and the bathroom.

Near the beach my khe beach Old and smelly mold

Under 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of street vendors on the street outside the hotel, many massage spots offering great services. I'm not sure if I didnt wake up early enough for the breakfast buffet or they didn't have 1.

The stay was pleasant and the location is amazing. Most of the places are near to the hotel

Property was in a decent location heavy foot traffic and close to the beach No parking available for Cars. Room was not clean. Dust on the floors including dust bunnies and dirty bead sheets.

The hotel staff, wonderful Becty, allowed us to check in early. This is much appreciated coming from a very early morning flight from Manila. She also arranged our airport pick up and agreed that I pay the driver via card instead of cash since I couldn't find a working ATM for my international debit card. I also like to commend the driver for being very patient to us. Becty also arranged our ride going to Hoi An the following day. Very efficient and friendly! As for the room, it was spacious and comfortable. No issues encountered. Location is close to My Khe beach and to many restaurants, coffee shops, massage and convenient stores. A pharmacy is right beside it, which was useful for us. I enjoyed our trip to Da Nang because of this hotel. None

. I like the size of the room, The bathroom is modern and there is no smell of mildew or mold in the bathroom or the room. I booked this hotel for one night at $50 USD and I woke up with back spasm. The mattress is old. There is no cushion between the spring and the outer layer of the bed. When you lie on it, you feel the mattress spring pressing against your back. Or I think that the hotel put in a box spring instead of a mattress. I woke up at 2:00 in the morning to go downstairs and ask for an extra bed comforter so I can fold it and put it on the bed because the mattress was too hard for me to sleep on. When that didn't work I ended up sleeping on the couch. The next day I went and I complain to the receptionist and all she can say is she will relate the messages to management. she offered no apology. This hotel has potential however it needs some upgrade. The pictures on Agoda or booking.com are misleading. I was told that the kitchen has been closed for over 2 years. so there is no breakfast in the facility.

The location is near the beach, convenient with good food stalls. The bathroom is not equipped with enough bath amenities

Location. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Provided taxi from airport. The room was not clean or well maintained.

Booked at the last minute, chosen for location. Moldy smell and mold on bathroom walls. Very dingy linens and swarms of mosquitoes biting you in the rear lobby where you await check-in.

Had a 2 week stay and after a week it appeared the bed sheet were not being replaced and When we first requested the bed sheets to be changed it appeared it was not done properly the next day . The next day after a 2nd request we were still disappointed to find out sheet look not clean as hair was still on the bed and the blacket lining looked to be turned upsidedown . It took a 3rd time to finally get the bed sheets replaced after speaking with a different manager.

Betsy at the front desk was a lovely agent for Le House and made everything easier. Great suggestions and great help. More hanging hooks, wire racks and convenience features and less decor or artwork in the room.
