A brand new hotel, great wooden furniture, indoor swimming pool and many options for buffet breakfast style. The drain in the bathroom was working well during our stay, strong pressure water for showering, full amenities and they had turndown service everyday which was helpful. Few minutes walking to the beach. Very helpful 24/7 reception desk and a hugh applause to Quynh the receptionist who's always smiling and making sure she's there when we need help. Big thanks to the night shift man (we never asked about his name) who helped us alot, he was always worked hard during the night. My family was totally satisfied with the service, especially there weren't many kids around so we had an amazing quiet space in a common area. Just a small thing which is not the hotel's issue but we think you should know: Not many convenient stores close by so make sure you'll prepare something you need. The beach side always has music event loudy untill 23:00 or even a bit later, so this is an amazing choice if you're not too difficult about sleeing with noise.

The property was very clean and tidy, bed comfortable and the staff were always on hand if you needed them for anything, Quynh was very helpful in helping us find what we needed for our trip

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach (3min walk). Also, the size of the room was very good. The breakfast was not the best and the staff for the breakfast doesn’t understand basic English (e.g. no tomato on omelette). Don’t ask the staff for local recommendations as they only do google searches… The pool is located in the lobby; thus, we didn’t choose to use it even though we were thinking about it prior to checking in the hotel.

Nice hotel with all relevant amenities. Polite staff - especially NANCY tried very hard to make it a perfect stay - with the right attitude. Supermarket around the corner, beach 4 walking minutes away! Some things would benefit from being more thought out in detail (e.g. breakfast buffet, sauna and in the spacious bathroom). But that's OK.

The premisses are very clean 10 out of 10!… the hotel is well situated, everything is so close, beach, town, plenty restaurants and shops, location is brilliant! Good quality breakfast and very fresh, also the staff in the restaurant is very attentive. They arranged pick up from airport to hotel and they were very accommodating due that our flight arrival time kept changing. From arrival to when we leave the entire staff was very attentive, friendly and smiley. NANCY always look after us, ensuring that we were ok, provided so much information and advice, she made our stay superb! always ensuring that we were ok. Nancy, did book all our transport, taxis and provided the best advice for us to get to know and move around Da Nang. Thank you Nancy you are STAR and your hospitality and efficiency are excellent! We will comeback to see you. We can not fault Mixay Boutique Hotel

Size of the room was okay. The room was very clean also! Bit far from everything. You need a scooter or rent a grab. Swimming pool next to reception is awkwardly placed not very inviting would advice on some screens. Or just go to the beach which is close by.

Big room and good bed. Breakfast. Lack of basic English among most workers. The quality of the room's finishing. View from the balcony of an abandoned construction site and a garbage dump with rats. Lack of sound insulation.

Brekfast choice reasonable especialy for the Asian tourists. Western style very limited and not good, such as bad quality break, no cereals or fresh milk , cheeses, ham etc. The surroundings were dreadful. Amidst a construction site would be bad enough but the local neighbours were extremely noisy and ignorant to respect the hotel clientele. Whilst there they had a private party with live band at full volume until gone midnight. In front of hotel are seafood restaurants that blared out TV foolball matches beyond midnight every night.

The room layout, comfort of the bed, great shower, and location, proximity to everything on the beach. Too much noise from the thin windows facing the ocean. Not much difference in sound between having the door open or closed. No Western breakfast items; no butter for toast and no pasteries.
