Nothing much to be honest. If you claim to be a '6 star' experience and charge premium prices, you also need to be measured by such. The hotel is at the location it claims to be so I guess that's a good thing? It exists. If you claim to be a '6 star' experience and charge premium prices, you also need to be measured by such. Considering this, the hotel didn't meet any of those expectations. Mold in the rooms, super tiny gym, the 'poetic view' of the han river is a view at a huge construction site and a ferris wheel (illuminated all night long). The food isn't great, the breakfast choices are always the same, and they even throw leftover food away (incredibly wasteful!). The staff is 'forced nice' but you can feel it's not genuine. There's also no way the room sizes are correct.

The property is very peaceful and beautifully designed, with a relaxing resort-style atmosphere that feels tucked away from the city. The pool area was calm and well maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe was quiet and comfortable—great for unwinding after travel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and felt thoughtfully laid out. The location is a bit removed from the main beach and city areas, so getting around usually requires a Grab or taxi. Also, while the resort is tranquil, dining and nightlife options nearby are limited if you prefer to walk instead of ride.

Wow! They gave us a free upgrade from A twin room to the villa! Steam room and bath tub inside was fab, it was more spacious than some apartments I lived in. Felt like royalty. The onsen is small but still relaxing, it was a week day so practically all ours. we were given a complimentary neck massage too. Great atmosphere by the pool too. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Staff were so courteous and welcoming. Highly recommend! Gym was ok, sufficient for me. The machines are a little tired and the weights might not be heavy enough for some people. Also the essential oil burning in the room became too much with the doors closed, it hurt my throat.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel amenities were excellent esp onsen and massage services.

The villa location on the river, staff very helpful, good coffee and breakfast ? the onsen , it was quiet Nothing really, a few guests were smoking in the non smoking area but staff responded promptly when this was pointed out.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious villa with one king-size bed and a single bed — more than enough for just the two of us. Thank you so much for the thoughtful arrangement! The hotel is located right next to the Han River. We initially planned to visit the nearby Sun World amusement park, but the relaxing atmosphere here completely won us over. Instead, we stayed by the river, enjoying the breeze, the view, and the distant sounds of joyful screams from the park — quite entertaining! Perhaps because it was a weekday, we had the hotel restaurant all to ourselves at night. This gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy one of the best seats with a stunning view.

Great location not far from Dragon Bridge. Villa was amazing I hated to leave. Hotel is gorgeous beautiful views relaxing staff are so lovely and me and my new husband had a massage each which was amazing. I loved this place probably the nicest hotel I've been to. So wanted to take that villa home with me bed was sooo comfy.

During my stay there , there was construction near by and it was getting pretty irritating. The place was way too far from everything. I had to get transportation to get some necessities. The gym is pretty disappointing as well. Overall everything else is wonderful.

Delicious breakfast with a view of the river. Clean room. They were very helpful in keeping my luggage until my flight at midnight. One light was flickering, which was not a big problem since we were only staying for one night. I could hear the shower in the next room at night.

Very pretty and quiet environment. Staff are wonderful in all departments. Loved my massage and onsen experience at the spa WiFi is very weak and intermittently goes out. Hot water in my shower was limited

Friendly welcoming “All inclusive” in the name is not right as that’s all stuff you have to pay for on top later which isn’t disclosed at booking clearly
