Accessible to many resto and groceries too. Plus walking distance to the beach. A bit worn out - but still manageable.

Decent location. I really liked the bathtub No bar on the rooftop or any activities. Staff seemed overworked

Courteous and friendly front desk staff especially Trang and Truong.

The property is close to the beach though far from the city. There are many stores nearby Incase any grocery is required. The cleaning services was done regularly. The window within the room is very small.There is less ventilation and the rooms are small.The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear if someone is doing something in near by room.

Good bed, location, breakfast Pool, no mattress on to lay down, Sky bar not open

The staff was friendly and efficient even though I messed up my check-in time by one day. There was always someone at the front desk and the location was unbeatable - you walk out the door straight to the lake and on weekends, you are right on the doorstep of the night market. The only con was that the room space was a bit tight -- the room was largely taken up by the beds with little walking space between and to the bathroom.

Great location

Good breakfast, knowledgeable & accommodating staff, a great source of information for services in the area. We needed a body massage after a long day & the receptionist & her husband helped us to find the best place close to the hotel & we got it done. None

I like the location 1. they issued only 1 key card i requested for another 1 the receptionist said she doesn't have enough. 2. I asked for a "make-up" room, they did, but I found all 3 used cups still on the table not washed. 3. the AC in my room cools slowly, the room gets colder at night time. However the room of our other companions had a good AC they said.

No ventilation in room

The locations was great. Easy walk to the beach & wee bit longer walk to the night markets. Very cheap accommodation with free breakfast. Would have been nice to have a room with a view.

This was a last minute booking when my usual hotel in DaNang was fully booked. For the money and the last minute nature of the booking, it was absolutely great. This was an interior room with a window onto a ventilation well. No view. But the huge plus is that it was dark and extremely quiet. Given the hotel's location on the main road, this was an enormous advantage. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Bathroom was big and well-stocked. The hotel is very close to the beach, and there is an absolutely brilliant noodle restaurant within 50 metres. I did book the hotel for the gym and pool. Unfortunately, both shut at 6.30, before my arrival, and when I inspected them in the morning, the gym was under-resourced and the pool was very small. It's for a plunge rather than a swim. My room did have a slight musty smell and there were some black patches on the wall that had to be wiped off, but DaNang is very humid over winter and that is something that is encountered in even the best of hotels in VN.

Convenient location. Pictures on booking are misleading, rooms are way smaller than they look on the website. The swimming pool is tiny, and was dirty, no bar. Holes in linen and towels and thick uncomfy pillows.

Location is good So old facilities, the room makes us feel like it’s haunted. If you’re with a kid, just don’t stay here
