A solid 4-star stay great for a short getaway This hotel delivers a genuinely comfortable,and I'd put it firmly at a strong 4 stars, though I wouldn't quite call it luxury. It is an easy, reliable choice for a weekend or a few nights away. What struck me most is that the overall standard felt very much in line with several of the higher-end hotels on the same strip the quality is there, even if it doesn't lean into the "5-star" extras (or that extra layer of polish) that would push it into luxury territory. If you're after dependable comfort and a great location without paying a premium for the luxury label, this hotel is a smart pick. Just go in expecting "very good" rather than "opulent," and you won't be disappointed. Slow check out as they needed to check the room for charges. Breakfast was hectic.

Near beach and the restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. The elevators were fast. The room was clean every day. The pool was nice. The only two treadmills there weren’t working.

-Close to the beach and to the restaurants with good food -Good view in some rooms -Amazing food in restaurants and varied breakfast -Waiting staff in la casa restaurant are super friendly and professional. -Spa was good. -Dirty room (flooring with black marks, towels with grey stains, curtains with tooth paste, dirty mirrors). Even when I asked the guy receptionist to address this in detail the same way I addressed to him - to the HSK team, HSK only changed the towels, so I had to clean the rest by myself. I don’t think he highlighted every point I mentioned cause he didn’t take notes and kept repeating ok ok ok like he wants me to leave fast. I asked him to change to another room but he said there was no other room available, however it showed available on booking. I didn’t argue cause it’s the last thing I wanna do on vacation. The guy never smiled during any of our interactions and his choice of words and tone seem rude. I observed other staff at the reception and they seem to be very polite and smiling. The manager (wears a suit) looks very attentive. -Water pressure in shower was weak. -Sink faucet is too short so all the water splashes to the floor. -Cold floor in the bathroom -Absence of soft indoor slippers -Partial ocean view in room 1502 during our 1st stay was way better than in 707 during our 2nd stay

Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged about $13 USD at checkout for makeup on towels, which felt excessive and unnecessary. To make things worse, I was berated in the lobby over a flip flop issue as well, which was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. The hotel itself is decent, but the way guests are treated over minor issues ruined the experience for me. I would not stay here again.

The room’s large bay windows provide a wide, clear view of the coastline and the beach, which is the hotel's primary advantage. There is a well stocked gym and a pool with a nice view. The rooftop terrace is also a functional space for a meal, offering a decent perspective of the city lights and the ocean without being overly crowded. No complaints

Excellent well equipped cabin with very comfy king bed.

Location and views! The buffet was excellent. Overall so happy with this hotel. Loved the family room set up! Kids screaming in lobby. Would like beach gear rentals. More Viet food as room service. More bathrooms downstairs in lobby. Which you could use stairs some so we don’t have to wait for elevator so long.

I did’t like how they wash cups, both cups in room and breakfast are always not clean

It’s in the quieter end of the coastal area , closer to the peninsula but still able to walk down to the man areas or get a grab bike or taxi. The room was spacious and very clean. The room was cleaned every day. I liked the sea view and balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent and so welcoming kind and helpful especially the front door men. The pool has a nice view. It’s not the largest but does the job! The sea is the best pool anyway :) the beach is literally across the road!! So good. I enjoyed my stay and as a solo traveller felt very safe. The breakfast didn’t have any many options for vegan or vegetarian. Breakfast was better outside of the hotel. Can’t leave the balcony door open at all because the mosquitoes come in. So maybe a mosquito net or over the bed? As I was bitten badly in the evening as house keeping couldn’t find the mosquito. The hair dryer wasn’t great for someone with long hair - took forever to dry. Everything else was great!
