Not breakfast include. Location is a bit complicated for pick up point to join a group tour . All the time we have to argue about tour leaders when they pick up. We need to go to the main road behind hotel. Reception is on 7 th floor . No bellboy to help to carry our luggage. Receptionist are friendly but they can’t help us to bring the luggage up and down. So i am a bit tired.

I love this place and have stayed here multiple times, it's a fun combination of sea view (which can be stunning from the higher floors, depending on the room) and lively activities on the streets around, traffic, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Everything is spotless clean and the staff is very helpful. This time I had specifically asked for a room with a balcony with a sea view, but wasn't happy with the room I first was offered. I then got another larger and super nice room instead, still not with the balcony with sea view, but the point is that they go out of their ways to make their guests happy.

You are 2 blocks from the beach, which is great, and very central, so its a good base of operations to go on excursions and exploring in general. I could not pick a better location. I really loved being on the top floor, the views were pretty great. The desk is great for working, so good set up if you are working remote. My balcony was a thin strip and the photos showed that there would be room for a desk/chair, which I would have liked, as I like to work from a balcony. Also, my view of the Buddha was blocked by the new building under construction. Try to ask for a room closer the beach, I was on the last one on the end. The room is not super big. I also had some issues with the WIFI, but that was specifically during TET and sometimes the network is just overloaded.

It’s very good hotel that is not expensive at all. The staff is pretty friendly they greet you with a smile all the time and helped us with everything. The property is next to the My Khe beach. Many guests were a little lost the first time they came. The same as us. The instructions were clear,but it would be helpful to have some sort of sign at the entrance. Also we had a lot of water in the bathroom floor after each shower so maybe the drain is not in the right position. But except that everything was really nice.

There is a building directly in front of the hotel, which can make it a bit difficult for taxi drivers to locate at first.
